Best Pump Installation in Chicago IL

I had Clayton and Ben out to change a valve that had corroded and began leaking. I was worried it would eventually completely fail and flood the area around our water heater and furnace. I also needed an out-of-code saddle valve tapping a water line for an unused humidifier removed per our inspection.

They clearly explained how they were going to address both issues for me. Even with a trip to the store they were in and out within an hour and a half. The pricing seemed competitive with other quotes I received. If I have future plumbing issues, I'd call them again.

The polar vortex gifted me with a frozen hot water pipe connected to kitchen sink and dishwasher. Nathaniel and his colleague from Baethke & Son expertly cleared the problem. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using this company and this was an emergency call. Not onlyWe’re they the only company willing to come out so quickly on such short notice during bad weather but the tech they sent , Alen was honestly the icing on the cake! Alen answered every single question we had, he explained what happened and the process of how to fix it. He was in and out within minutes!!!. Highly recommend!

Jan is a rare find in a plumber - he is very detail oriented and can work on even the most complicated and unusual brands (I have a bunch of Sherle Wagner and he is the only plumber I have found who actually can work on these products). I highly recommend him.

Amazing experience and team. Eugene and team were prompt, dealt with me over something like 30 emails, and were super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain when they hit a hiccup and how much extra it would be, and took the time to try to find a replacement versus installing a brand new faucet. They did my faucet and a whole house filter and were very reasonably priced and brought 3 people to get it done quickly!

Rob has done an excellent job several times in the past. He went above and beyond after the Deep Freeze of 2019 by getting my burst pipes fixed fairly quickly.

Great experience! My water heater literally exploded water was continuously going everywhere I have no idea how long it was like that. I called Goode they told me where to turn off the water. They stated they could get a tech out the same day but since I already took a cold shower I told them the next day was fine. The plumber Chip called me first thing in the morning & said they were on the way he was very upbeat -loved that for first thing in the morning.Chip and his assistant Brendan were great!Besides being so polite, they put on shoe covers upon their arrival, Chip was informative he walked me thru the entire process of the water heater installation and what my warranty was along with it. He asked if I needed anything else while they were there so I had our basement toilet fixed (so happy we do not have to run upstairs all the time now ha) not only did they take the old water heater with them they cleaned up the work area and then some. His assistant was learning at the same time very focused and efficient.I will definitely be referring Goode out to friends/family/clients & especially my neighbors telling them to ASK FOR CHIP!He made a very stressful situation not so stressful.Shout out to the office girls they were very nice and kept me updated of the process of my appointment and followed up with a text to see if everything was ok. Great customer service communication.Thank you again to everyone at Goode!

Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

He got it cleared and its working better than is has for years now .

My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.) I highly recommend hiring Juan/Go-Rooter. I’m glad our building has him as our go-to plumber.
