Javier has come out three times now for separate issues that have come up. Each time he has come one time, had a good attitude, and left me feeling more comfortable and provided useful information to help me understand the issue. All the fixes he has performed have left the sinks/toilets in better shape than before and now additional issues since. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are doing the right thing to solve the problem. Any issue that comes up in the future I know I'll go to Javier!

I needed a plumber for a broken kitchen sink drain system. Found this plumber on google and they were great! Even though it wasn’t urgent, they were able to fix the issue within 24 hours of when I called. Pete and his son were friendly, very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of issues in the future with their work. Highly recommend.

Bruce was able to fix a sewer gas problem that had stumped other plumbers. He was professional, thorough, and respectful of my home and opinions. We will absolutely be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.

I have an elderly aunt that lives alone in Lombard, and she had a MAJORplumbing issue. Thankfully the true professionals at Rocket Plumbing were around to save the day. The plumber was polite, professional and completed the job quickly at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend!

Outstanding service! We called because any time we used an appliance (washer, toilet, dish washer) our basement would take on water. J came out the same day and stayed almost 5 hours until the job was done! He unclogged all the sewer lines beneath our home, explained what he was doing, showed us the problem and resolved the issue. Cannot recommend enough!

This company just wants your money and wants to keep coming back to “fix” the issue and charge you more money to make quick fixes, and then when the problem persists, they’ll come back and charge you to make another quick fix. Either they don’t know how to diagnose the root cause of the problem, or they want to keep coming back to milk the problem for all the money they can. Either way, when confronted about it, they got defensive and didn’t try to make it right. Buyer beware. Charged $400 for same day toilet auger and clearing. (Roto rooter will do same service for much less and with a 2 hour turnaround). Then, when the issue came back two days later the came back for no additional charge to auger again but charged $100 parts and labor to change a $40 part that was sitting in their truck. The issue came back again, and by this point it’s clear they don’t want to actually resolve the actual issue, but want to come back and charge parts and labor to “fix” another aspect or to charge the price of a toilet to replace the toilet, when it should have probably been done the first time. I was hoping to use this service for some larger projects I have coming up in the future, but I don’t think First Chicago plumbing is a match. Two stars because they did actually call back and were on time and followed up during the service to explain what they were doing and again after it was done.

24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC did an awesome work repairing my bathtub . I was impressed with their work and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional plumber.

They did maintenance on my flood control system.

We had Edwin twice. He repaired a leak in our kitchen sink. Second visit he repaired and replaced needed parts in our 90+ year old bath/shower. I was worried about that, but no problem! Finally he cleared the bath drain. Excellent work! Very professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Chicago Quality Plumbing!! We will use him again.

VanDerBosch was at my condo building to perform work for the association and team lead Jordan was gracious enough to come give me a second opinion on the broken shower handles in our bathroom, and ended up saving us $600 - after taking a look, he suggested that our issue might be simpler to fix than we'd been told by a different plumber, and we were able to fix the issue with some new handles that cost me $12.12. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism in handling this. I would highly recommend working with them for your plumbing needs.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job.

Juan came out today within an hour of an emergency call. We've had them out before and he knows our unique plumbing situation (1885 built bungalow). Always quick to respond with a solution that works. I highly recommend for all plumbing needs. Thank you again, Juan!

As a landlord of a near 100 year old building, I need a competent plumber, and even when there are surprises or things don't go as I wanted, this company stands by their work and they make sure I am satisfied. There are a lot of plumbers in Chicago. I always go with J. Blanton.My reasoning for 4 stars has NOTHING to do with their excellent work quality, they are kind, capable, and confident. So with that I'd like to be abundantly clear, 4 stars is ONLY due to the occasional issue I have had with one or two of the people that answer when I initially call. I have had the same person (nameless out of respect) fail to properly relay my needs to dispatch/the team that will come out to do the work. This has caused the workers to come unprepared, or unable to work because they were misinformed about the issue/job at hand. And though they always make corrections and get things sorted, I am disappointed that this individual has made the same error more than once.To wrap this up, I wouldn't dream of going with any other plumber to date. J. Blanton is a company I have grown to genuinely trust, and one that leaves me knowing the job was done right. And from HVAC, to small jobs, all the way to digging a 12ft hole to pull out an old collapsed flood system I never knew was there, they have gotten the job done right every time.P.S.
