Fabulous service and even better employees. Rescue plumbing sent Jay Ismail to help us resolve our issues with the water valves in our new home and it is some of the best service I’ve had in Chicago.

Response time was incredible as was the availability of the team to come and assist us.

Pete and his son Noah were very professional, did an excellent job, and were very timely.

Service person was professional and very nice but the prices were crazy expensive. They offered no breakdown of costs (labor vs parts).

Tech # 9823 charged $625 per faucet to replace. My old faucets were less than 3 years old and it was a very uncomplicated job. Save your money and go elsewhere.UPDATE - I already talked to the company about this issue and they refused to explain the pricing. Pat Swanson, please do not ask people to reach out to you if you don’t actually want to help.

I've been using Jan and his team for years. The moment that stands out is when I was out of the country and my tenants hot water heater broke. Jan was able to handle it immediately while being very communicative. Giving me peace of mind.

Outstanding service, Jake took the time to explain the whole process as well as how to maintain our new system. So knowledgeable on the unit that they installed. I would for sure go with Go-Rooter if I ever have an issue again. Juan was super nice, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what my issue was in a detailed manner and answered all my questions. He even went back to get another part to make sure that the problem wouldn't persist. There was an additional issue the next day and he came back out immediately for a fair price and addressed the problem.

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

I highly recommend Zunigas plumbing for all your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed. During heavy rains, we experience sewage backup in our basement for over 3 months . We spent so much money trying to rule out common causes suggested by other plumbers, but the problem continued. We decided to give it one more try. We called Zunigas plumbing services. Walter came out the next day and was able to identify the issue within minutes. He then used his sewer inspection camera to show and explain the issue.
They are my go to plumbing service. They have performed work for me on several occasions. The services vary from installing a faucet, adding a pot filler, and fixing my sewage problem.
I am very pleased with Zungias plumbing services. They are very professional and punctual. It is so nice to be able to trust a plumber after months of being disappointed.
