I recently had rescue plumbing literally rescue me and my sewer related problem. I called them when I noticed sewer water coming up threw my basement drains. They sent out 2 technicians immediately Ben and Pete. They were very professional and gave me a great description of what was happening and how they were going to attack the problem. They gave me pricing and options before moving forward with any work. After seeing what they had to deal with and and how they resolved my problem, I totally felt like I got my money worth. Thanks again rescue plumbing!!!! I would definitely call them back and recommend them to anyone who ask.

Called to have water lines ran for washer and dryer. Pete and Noah showed up a few hours later to quote the job... we scheduled the work and they showed up on time.. knowledgeable and great to work with.. highly recommended! Thank you Pete and Noah!

Strongly Recommend: I would like to give these guys a very strong 5. Had an issue with our sump pump and wanted to replace it. Contacted them and they reached out to me really fast: Initially messages John and he mentioned that Cathi will be helping you with that. In less than 2 hours, Chris came to our house and found the issue. He provided the options that we have and of course his recommendation. He was very a helpful, polite, professional person who knew what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. Both my wife and I were very happy about their work in general. Justin was fantastic, showed up quickly and explained things thoroughly. He worked really hard at trying to clear our line, but wasn't able to get it done due to the nature of the blockage. He was able to tell us the next steps that need to be taken to get it fixed. Hopefully the Roto Rooter hydro jet guys will be as good as Justin was.

We signed up with Goode with a VIP account for life ($800). They come every year to do a maintenance and if you call them for service, you are VIP so you are supposed to receive same day service without extra fees.Every time they showed up, they created an endless list of 'deficiencies' the house needed (thousands of dollars). Also, they came and broke my water heater (I am glad it was under warranty with ABT).One time I called them to unclog my kitchen sink, and they did not want to set a plumber right away. When I told them I had a VIP account, they reluctantly sent a plumber who, after 20 minutes, charged me $400 (!!!!) to unclog the sink. After ONE week, the kitchen sink was clogged AGAIN! I called and told them I was very unhappy, and they sent another plumber to tell me I needed to change all the sink pipes ($1,400). Why didn't they tell me this the first time?I called the teleoperator and told her I was very unhappy with 20 minute work $400 and the problem was not resolved. She reassured me a manager would call me because customer support is very important to us. Nobody ever called me!Do not give this company your business. There are so many other choices around this area to give this overpriced, not customer friendly company your business. We never used them again, and we never will.

Edwin provides an honest, thorough, reasonably priced service. I've used him for large jobs like replacing all the pipe in my basement. And he's done some small jobs like extracting a small bottle that got jammed in a toilet. He's good.

Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

Pete and Noah were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time and were very communicative. They explained the issue with our shower and, despite the difficulty in getting parts for the random European model, had it fixed in just a few days! Two other plumbers had given us the runaround or ghosted us, so Pete and Noah’s work at Rescue Plumbing really stood out as phenomenal. Highly recommend!
