Pete and Noah were outstanding! They were very informative as to what the problem was and what needed to get done to help and keep it from happening again. Besides being professional, they were very friendly and fast....not to mention they did not charge us an arm and a leg. Will definitely be calling them again for future issues and highly recommend recommend them...give them a call and ask for Pete and Noah!

Showed up outside of the specified time window and quoted me a price 50-100% higher than the highest price they said it would be over the phone. I was then charged a $90 service fee for telling me something I already knew (that the hot water heater needed to be replaced). The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, but I would not recommend unless you want to overpay.

I called Roto Rooter for a clogged kitchen sink drain. When the tech arrived I was shocked at the price list, but didn't want to take the risk of calling someone else and going through the hassle to find out that prices are competitive. Bruce, the plumber was fast, and effective. He was courteous with me and my questions. He unclogged my drain and did a great job. I was pleased and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Jan is a rare find in a plumber - he is very detail oriented and can work on even the most complicated and unusual brands (I have a bunch of Sherle Wagner and he is the only plumber I have found who actually can work on these products). I highly recommend him.

My friend did! Total scam, never provided estimate when asked, plumbers that came out didn’t know what to do. Kept going up on prices and even lied on hours worked! Don’t yes this company!!! Not professional a total ripoff! We will be contacting Better Business Bureau

I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. Had an issue with my shower valve cartridge and they sent out Pete Ismail and his son (who’s apprenticing). They showed up early, tag teamed the job, did great work and fixed the problem. I’ve used rescue before and they were great. Highly recommend them and specifically recommend Pete and Noah.

We hired him to repair the downspout pipe and water service line leak in the patio. They did a good job and came back to adjust the shut off valve after the patio paver was restored.

After heavy rains I had a sewer back up in my basement. Victor and Eric arrived the same day we called them and quickly identified the problem and dislodged multiple branches from rodding the pipes.

Excellent job well done. I called Sam's Plumbing because I was having problems with a running toilet that was driving me nuts.
