Best Plumbing Installation Services in Chicago IL

We just had (2) plumbing issues repaired by Pete and his apprentice Noah (his son - how great!) and they were great! Also, Everyone that we have encountered within this business has been terrific ! They are responsive, communicative, cost-conscious, friendly/courteous, and very knowledgeable! They really want to get to the job, understand the problem and get it fixed and move on...Very professional! We wholeheartedly recommend this company...and will work with them in the future.

This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

Pete and Noah showed up on time. They were friendly, polite, and informative. They installed a new garbage disposal which has been working perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work. They completely cleaned up after themselves as well

I definitely felt as if I was being taken advantage of by folks who assumed I was a young kid who doesn't know anything about plumbing (and in fairness, they aren't far off--I am a young kid, and I have a very limited knowledge of plumbing).

I was quoted $900 for a very simple shut off valve replacement, and I overheard the plumber talking about selling services to me while on the phone with his supervisor. It's a $10 part and maybe 15 minutes of work. While I understand that applicable services are recommended after a diagnostic is run, and I obviously understand that you need to make your money, I really don't appreciate that language being used. A plumber is here to help fix a problem, not to up-sell me on some kind of service agreement.

The bottom line is that you can find someone more honest at a better price. My plumber was very kind to me and helped me to understand the problem at hand, but I certainly felt like I was being taken advantage of. The value is just not there, and it seems to me that they're valuing money over helping clients.

James, the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He took care of the problem in a timely and professional manner. I was happy with the service and completion of the job.?

I recommend Vanguard Plumbing 100%! Jan was very responsive....his guys came out the same day I called....did an awesome job...cleaned up so good you wouldn't know they were here and they were also informative and very helpful...and just totally adorable. I will definitely use them in the future.

After nine years, my water heater finally collapsed. I got in touch with four plumbing companies and went with Rocket Plumbing because I had a good feeling about them from the get-go. Although their quote was (slightly) higher, the manager made a considerate accommodation on my behalf, which I appreciate. I am glad I went with them because the work was superb. I would like to thank specifically Derrick, the Customer Service manager, Fred, who supervised the job and dropped by my place to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did, and especially, Luis and Mike, who did the actual work. I will use Rocket Plumbing for my all of my needs from now on, particularly the drainage that I should have done once a year to help prolong the life of the tank. Thank you. A+++.

My husband and I bought our first condo and within two weeks our new downstairs neighbors knocked to let us know our shower was leaking into their bedroom. This was not the news we wanted to hear but after reading other good reviews I called All Rooter and Plumbing and was very happy with my decision. Bert diagnosed the problem quickly, got the work done fast and while I'm not familiar with plumbing expenses I believe the price was reasonable! And while I hope we don't have any more plumbing issues in the near future, if we do Bert is our man.

They sent Shane to do a quick sump pump inspection. The service provided was informative and quick with no up-selling or anything thing like that. There is a $50 appointment booking fee but that won’t deter me from using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.
