I am so thankful for Rescue Plumbing and Logan who helped us when our exterior faucet continued to leak. They were quick to respond and were able to come out the next day (note: I called at 8:30PM the night before). Logan throughly explained what was going on and how he planned to resolve it. He cleaned up when he was done and was so professional and kind throughout the entire process. When I pulled into my driveway less than a hour later, a plumber was already there waiting. The young man, Jonathan, was very professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my plumbing problem and explained what needed to be done. He patiently answered all of my questions and finished the job sooner than expected. We received several quotes from different plumbing companies. From the initial appointment, Vanguard Plumbing was the most professional and knowlegable. Our water heater needed to be replaced as well as a faucet and shower that was not working. They gave me a quote, explained the work that needed to be completed and we scheduled it withing the next few weeks at my convience. The work was completed on time and the area was left clean. But most importantly, I have hot water!! I would hire them again for any future pluming needs.

Go-Rooter went out to my home immediately after we contacted them due to an emergency. They spent the proper amount of time in order to assess the issue and were very honest and diligent in completing the work.

I had the leaking in kitchen faucet. The service man who arrived was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the leaky faucet very quickly and replaced the garbage disposal in no time at all. I would recommend Right Away Plumbing to anyone.

This guy really overcharged me. $650 for a 15 minute p trap installation. Average price for this is $250. He promised a receipt and never sent one. He told me that he charges $250/hour plus labor, but that they don’t charge by the hour, but by the job. His explanation didn’t make any sense.
