I highly suggest working with Vanguard Plumbing and Sewer. I came to them with an enormous list of issues that piled up during the last two years and they were able to tackle them quickly with quality and care. I had: a leaky shower, a broken tub faucet, needed to replace the showerhead, remove a pedestal sink and replace it with a new sink and cabinet, replace broken valves on said sink, install a bidet and replace a kitchen p-trap. They were able to work efficiently despite my awful building management dropping the water shut off twice... and also communicate issues to this layman so I was always aware of what was being done. I also wanted to note; I have a trash immune system and have to take a bunch of immunosuppressants which is not a great mix in a pandemic. I requested we all wear masks while they were in my place and they respectfully obliged. This act and care was so so appreciated. Thank you!

Came to checkout an issue i'm having with water seeping up from my basement floor. Did a thorough investigation of the pipes for a suspected leak at no charge. I am pretty sure now its a hydro-static issue now and a plumbing issue but feel much more at ease. Thanks!!

This is the third time this year we’ve had J. Blanton on property for our plumbing projects. Every time we have something else arise we already know who to hire for the job. We’ve been completely satisfied with their professional work and friendly technicians.

When my family and I moved in to our new house we were unaware that there would be a host of plumbing issues that required immediate attention. I called around to get quotes and not only did these guys give me the best price but Mike was the guy who actually took the time to explain what was going on and lay out all my options clearly so we could come up with a plan that worked for us and our budget. I will use these guys anytime something comes up with my house and it’s old, old pipes. Friendly, professional, honest; for someone like me who knows nothing at all about plumbing I needed to have someone I can trust to usher me through these issues as they came up. Mike has been and will be my guy if/when anything comes up again but since his last visit everything has been working perfectly. I highly recommend Chicago Plumbing Experts, they are a crucial part of the team when it comes to talking care of my property.

DO NOT USE THEM! They overcharge and do work you don't need. Even worse, they don't stand behind their work even though they claim to have a year warranty on their labor. If there is a problem, they come back in and then give you multiple reasons why the work they originally did was needed and done correctly and the problem is something. Of course, they then want to charge you again. In addition, the work they do is poorly executed. The receptionist is totally unhelpful and can be rude. If the cost of the work was higher (the amount of money I lost greater) then I would be seeking a legal resolution.

I can not say enough good things about Drain Works. We've had a slew of plumbing issues ever since we moved into our new home. Eric and Manny have always responded so quickly, and have fixed our issues, with out most recent issue being the most serious. Our sump pump failed, leaving our basement to flood a bit. I was really taken back when they not only replaced our sump pump but took the time to remove all of the water and clean up our basement. It's that type of thoughtfulness and quality of service that makes them great. Eric then went through and explained what he think happened and what was done during the repair so that I understood what was done to my home. I also find their prices to to be very fair. Even if you need something simple like a drain cleaning (which they've done for us too because we're in pluming hell), call them.

This place was just great, really responsive, service tech came out right away and worked with me to get the parts under warranty. Trip and hourly rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Andrew did an outstanding job repairing my toilet. This issue was causing leak problems on the lower level and Andrei also provided expert advise on how to repair and clean up the damage caused on the lower level. He was patient and informative and educated me on all aspects of the job, justifying costs which allowed me to make informed decisions. He is now going to be the official plumber for our condo association!

They did a great job with an exterior light repair and fixture installation for our condo association. They were quick to respond and very communicative during the whole process. Would definitely use them again for any future electrical work.

I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!

Kevin and his crew are honest, knowledgeable, and clean! After we made the first call, a technician was at our house very quickly to get our shower working again. The issue was diagnosed and repaired within an hour, and the technician left the space as clean as when he arrived. Awesome work!
