Best Pipe Replacement in Chicago IL

We had an issue with a drain pipe at our business, so we called Rescue Plumbing. Jay & Steve showed up and fixed it in no time! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely give them a call next time we have any plumbing issues whatsoever!

Incredible customer service! Explained the entire process and gave me multiple options for the repair and wakes me through each option and the pros/ cons. Ended up going with the top option but once he got started he realized I didn’t need some of the work done and they took a big chunk right off the invoice. Also had an additional issue pop up this afternoon and he cane right back to take pictures and give me a quote. Customer service was beyond expectations and so happy to have found a service we can trust.

Manny was wonderful!!! He explained everything to me, he didn't rush through anything (he took his time to do everything correctly), he cleaned everything up nice. Very professional!!! My toilet had to be taken off, a pipe rodded, etc. I was even able to go to the store to purchase a new toilet, which I was happy about. And I called Manny from the store to ask questions about toilets at the store. The price I paid was average, compared to other companies, so not too high. All in all, I would call Roto Rooter again.

Vanguard replaced my faucet and upgraded the stop valves. I called them two days ago and after they sent the quote, I accepted it last night and they came out the next morning. I appreciated their promptness. I don't necessarily have a problem with waiting but their lightning fast turnaround was a huge plus. I was a bit taken aback by the price, but then again I haven't needed a plumber in a long time so maybe my expectations were outdated. But I do feel that I got high quality, professional service.

My friend did! Total scam, never provided estimate when asked, plumbers that came out didn’t know what to do. Kept going up on prices and even lied on hours worked! Don’t yes this company!!! Not professional a total ripoff! We will be contacting Better Business Bureau

The crew that got dispatched was so organized and arrived right on time. From how we spoke, they were very polite and professional. Their work was also amazing and I recommend their services.

I had a leaking water heater that was pretty old and needed replacement and an old home with a lot of old corroded pipes. Goode came out in the early afternoon and stayed way past 5 pm so that they could get the job done. They went above and beyond, tackling issues with our old plumbing, to make sure I had hot water that night. I will definitely use Goode Plumbing in the future.

The service of Apex was top notch from all aspects. This was my first experience with Apex and I contacted them from a referral. When they advertise same day service, they mean it. Chad was the plumber dispatched and he gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before his arrival. Chad was courteous and considerate when he arrived. I explained my issue and he walked me through the options of service I would need without high pressure sales pitch. He gave me a free estimate of the work I needed. Right away plumbing installed my tankless water heater saved me plenty of storage in my utility room and they’re pretty fast in and out I never worry about not having hot water again specially for a restaurant their work is professional I will recommend them.

Henry does great work, is prompt, and is a nice guy. He made the time to do two afterhours jobs for us - an outdoor spigot replacement/install and a kitchen drain repair. He completed all the work on the same day and stated late to make sure everything got done properly.

Very expensive but the team they sent out was highly knowledgeable and did a great job. Only reason for 4 v. 5 stars is pricing

I had a great experience with Zuniga's plumbing. I had an issue with a gas line being installed incorrectly, and they were out the same day to give an estimate, and it was fixed the following day. I will definitely go through this company again.

I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. I hired them to plumbing work for a bathroom rehab in my Rogers Park high rise condo. Loga and Djenkis did a great job. Not only was their work impeccable, they were also professional, respectful of my home and were very patient answering my questions. The office staff are also awesome!
