Baethke always does a great job fixing whatever issue you have on the first visit. Dan L. was our tech. He was professional, suggested several alternatives, gave us the cost estimates upfront and cleaned up the worksite when the job was done.

Did well. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Good installation. Drawback: expensive - was a bit too much for installation. I bought the unit at Home Depot. The installation cost with Toto-rooter was way too much.

Showed up in time frame and had all parts for kitchen faucet replacement.
Clean and neat , new exactly what to do.

I hired First Chicago Plumbing to remove and install 3 new toilets and seats. They responded the fastest of any of the plumbers I reached out to and arrived exactly when planned. They worked efficiently and finished the job in a timely manner. The toilets work great and they helped clean some of the previous silicon that was attached to the floor without my knowledge.

This company lives up to their name that’s for sure! My fiancé and I were experiencing a backup washer issue where it was causing the sink to overflow! Water everywhere on the floors, I called this company on a Saturday night and wow were they able to get to my home Immediately! Prices were much less than other competitors like Roto rooter, ABC Plumbing and Rocket Plumbing! I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial if we experience another issue! Great team, great company. Turns into very happy customers!!

I definitely have to give Ed Weathersby a 5 STAR. I had a bad situation that involved old pipes that could have literally turned out deadly. Ed came in, evaluating the situation, explained to us what was going on, Ed took the old pipes out, replaced with all new pipes. Most important, Ed was VERY knowledgeable in what he was doing, he communicated with us every step of the way, so we was aware of everything that was going on.
