Pete arrived quickly and assessed the situation -- my old toilet needed to be replaced. He and Noah were back early the next day with a replacement that was installed in no time. Not only were they fast, but they were thorough and friendly. After the successful install, Pete cleared up all the materials and the old toilet and left the space clean. I had a tenant without hot water so I called John. He scheduled an appointment right away. He provided a very detailed inspection which I appreciated and provided 3 different options to address the problem. Then he suggested we go the most inexpensive route! New tank installed same day in a couple of hours. No mess left behind. Nice and honest guy, great service.

Called Baethke & Son again because we had water leaking in through drains in the basement. They sent someone out same day, assessed the situation, provided a repair proposal, and completed the job swiftly after we approved the proposal. This company is great. Plumbers are very thorough, skilled, reasonably priced, and always clean up after themselves. Love the service.

They were courteous enough to take us on the same day and call when the service person was running late due to previous job taking longer than expected. The service man was very friendly and clean. He finished immediately. I just wish it were Cheaper but that's our economy!

I had a really good experience working with Pete and Noah on a clog and catch basin cleanout at my condo building. They're professional and showed up on time. Pete is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. We'll be calling them again to help us with future projects for sure!

Nice, knowledgeable tech, however extremely high pricing for low skilled drain clog work. Ask a friend or search the web/Nextdoor to find a company/person that gives pricing up front and charges reasonably. You'll save a few hundred dollars for when you need skilled plumbing somewhere down the line.

My husband and I called rescue plumbers to look into a potential clogged drain under our stacked washer/dryer unit. We were initially told someone would be out same day between 10-1 and then they had to reschedule because they would need a dolley to move said washer/dryer. We called back to confirm only to find they completely cancelled our request. After making a new one we were told someone would be coming out between 4-6. No one came during that time. They eventually game around 8pm.. with no dolley!! They told us it would cost $800 alone to move the W/D without doing any work. Needless to say we went with another company. Do not recommend.

My mom has a building in the Lakeview area that we rent out to college students. We had issues with the toilet and contacted Apex plumbing who was highly recommended by a neighbor. They were able to come out right away and check out the problem. The tenants had clogged the toilet with tampons! Note to self: do not flush down feminine products. Apex was able to unclog the toilet and clear the pipes!! Highly recommend! The plumber was knowledgeable and professsional. The job was also affordable.
