The repair tech was on time. Explained the problem with my toilet and showed me the broken parts that had to be replaced. Took pictures and and part numbers. Purchased parts and returned. Cleaned the area. It was costly but worth it. I would highly recommend RR and the tech Heto and would certainly use them again if needed. Job well done.

Jan from Vanguard Plumbing & Sewer was responsive and professional as it gets. Jan performed quality work in short time notice when I had a pvc pipe issue in the attic that wasn’t properly installed. In addition, Jan installed a new sump pump and battery backup system that was much needed in my basement. Jan’s knowledge and quality of work is his upmost priority. He really knows his stuff. Rescue Plumbing was incredible! They were on time and professional. They repaired my garbage disposal in 15 min. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

I called Rescue Plumbing Saturday afternoon to assist with a toilet issue and they were at my door the next morning to fix the issue! They were speedy and provided detailed feedback on what needed to be done to fix the toilet. We did have to pay a $99 weekend fee, however it was worth is knowing that we only have a single toilet. I would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends!
