Appreciated that he arrived early to have everything setup so that when the city inspector arrived, everything was ready to go. He was professional and courteous, and he worked well with the city inspector. Appreciated the ability to also pay by credit card.

I’d highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and especially Pete and Noah. I called Rescue to inspect a clog my vent stack and Pete and Noah came by a few hours later and earlier than scheduled. They were both friendly and professional throughout the entire visit, they did a thorough inspection and tried to resolve the issue, and then provided a detailed explanation of the problem and expected costs. All around good and trustworthy and would call again for any plumbing issue.

I called Right Away to service my combination tankless water heater. The tech, Tony, was great! He called me to give an ETA, was on time and was very thorough in everything he did. He made excellent recommendations to help in maintaining my equipment. Definitely using them again!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!I really don't know where to start. The communication since the first message was awesome. Bert was very professional especially following the Covid guidelines. He had his mask on at all times. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fix it. There was a piece of plastic and other things blocking the pipe that was coming from the basement toilet. It was a mess. Without hesitation he got right into it. Once, he unclog the pipe he started to clean the mess. I was surprised because you don't get that nowhere else. Very genuine hardworking man.
