Best Install Sump Pump in Chicago IL

My Catch Basin was sinking into the ground. I got a few estimates from some others. But this one, Rescue Plumbing, gave me a reasonable price and they just felt like the right ones. Plus, they showed up on time and finished up on the same day as promised. If I ever need a Plumber again, I’ll call these guys up for sure.

Firstly, the plumber did not diagnose our issue correctly. Among the main reasons we called the company to come out was because we detected water damage behind the baseboard near our shower pan. The plumber concluded it was not a plumbing issue and recommended we get another company out to assess for mold behind drywall. After the other company came out, their guy said it was definitely water getting past the caulk perimeter of our shower pan--so it appears to be a straightforward plumbing issue.

Secondly, the services quoted were way too expensive. They quoted several hundred dollars to re-caulk a tub perimeter that ultimately took me less than an hour to do. I honestly can't imagine it would have taken a professional more than 30 minutes to re-caulk this tub.

I had a relatively complicated job in wanting a utility sink installed in our laundry room. Pipes had to be pulled around our washer/dryer to the opposite wall. Quote was within range, all very professional and on time. It turned out great with quality materials. I also was able to get a recommendation for the drywall repair. Highly recommend!

These guys are GREAT! I've used Rob's company on two occasions, and while my plumbing issues were pretty simple, they were identified quickly and corrected in under 30 minutes both times. Kristine managed my appointment politely and professionally, and not only was I able to get a plumber (Alex) here the very next day, but he was on time and very friendly. We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely amazing.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)
