Dead of chicago winter Bathke and Sons charged me $500 for a new ignitor that retails for $20. When I complained, they told me were you going to have your kids freeze and pipes burst. Shameful.

Jesus came over after I requested to get my sump pump replaced out of precaution and he said the pump sounded perfect as is and didn’t need to be replaced. Not only did he give this honest advice, the house visit was free and all he asked was to keep them in mind for future plumbing repairs. What an honest man! Highly recommend

First Chicago Plumbing replaced the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen and also replaced the diverter in the bathtub. Eugene and the gentleman with him (I don't recall his name) were very professional and very nice. Eugene took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had, even after the job was completed. Eugene even checked on our hot water heater and gave us an estimate to replace it when the time comes (which will likely be in the next few months!) He will definitely be the person I call!! It was truly amazing that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The plumber showed up on time and was able to fix my sinks and broken faucet. The job was well done.

Called at 830 am. Juan said he could be over in one hour. Right on time. Fixed backed up sink due to a main line clog 5 feet deep in pipe. Took about 1 hr total. He cleaned up after and sanitized whole area. He even put away our bathroom stuff under the counter afterwards! Job done quick and was not overcharged. Definitely would use again.
