Pete and Omar were SO quick helping fix our water heater. Found the problem and replaced the equipment in less than a day’s time. Good communicators as well!

Pete and Noah were great! Had a clog that went down all the way to the main line - 35 feet. It’s totally unclogged now. They did a great job.

In Feb 2020, I had APEX uninstall/install a kitchen sink (Jobs 43521 & 43503), which was not a good experience. I provided a review to APEX on 04Feb2020, to which APEX stated that they take their reviews seriously and that my 'claim' to have spent over $1000 for poor service was inaccurate (see attached screenshot).
1. I have attached receipts of these two jobs to confirm that my original 1-star review did state the correct payment amount (over $1000).
2. Today (26April2021), 14 months later - this sink is now leaking.

I called APEX today explaining the situation and they stated that they have a 12-month warranty on their work and that they will charge me again to fix the leak. I understand that plumbing company's must have these types of policies and I am not trying to be unreasonable by expecting them to treat me as a special exeption.

However, after my original review for poor-value/workmanship being called 'inaccurate' by APEX AND a subsequently having leaking sink after only 14 months of completed work speaks for itself.

Cant thank Rescue Plumbing enough! My mom's water heater was flooding her basement and no one would come out without a ridiculous emergency fee. They charged me a $99 emergency fee which was amazing compared to $300-$500 ER Fees. Benjamin came out turned off the water heater and started draining the heater. Thomas & Sam came in right behind him and we were up & running in no time. Thank you Rescue Plumbing!!!

Jake B. was the plumber who came to the rescue tonight. The toilet was clogged ~ completely. Jake came in with booties over his boots. He was so kind and knew exactly what to do. I must say I am grateful that the landlord called them. Jake had been working since 6 am. It was 9:30 pm when he got here. Great work ethics! Very courteous and considerate to clean up any water. I would rate him a 10 if they had it! Thank you, Jake, for your hard work and efficiency! You did an excellent job!!

Kuhn is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are worth every penny because they fix problems correctly the first time. I use them for multiple properties and no plumbing issue is too large or small.

Zuniga's called me back right away. The problem was fixed within a few hours of calling.

After heavy rains I had a sewer back up in my basement. Victor and Eric arrived the same day we called them and quickly identified the problem and dislodged multiple branches from rodding the pipes.

I called Apex this morning and liked the response from the older gentleman. Two plumbers (Brandon and Adan) showed up promptly. Here is my experience this morning. The leakage was caused by our unit where the pipe was not being aligned to the hole under the water heater. They did diagnose the problem correctly (I hope, finger cross!) I would say Brandon as the lead was discourteous - didn’t introduce himself, knocking the door very loud or close the door loudly. When he talked about the solutions on how to prevent the pipe from being displaced, ($400 for replacing the PVC pipe; $200 for attaching PVC pipe and no cost for putting a brick on the pipe), he failed to mention one solution that a plumber usually does- glue the PVC pipe. Another contractor told me a plumber should have offered that solution. I paid the $199 for diagnostics. The overall experience is unpleasant. I will not use their service again.
