Roto-rooter is a terrible business and do not listen to anything they say. They sold me a 2 year warranty on a sump pump and when it broke from their poor installation in a year they told me they would not be able to help. Unbelievably poor service. They charged a premium on the parts and service, which I expected would result in them fixing it if it ever had a problem. Instead when they came back a year later they quoted me 1850, 600$ or 30% more than it was the year before when they did the same exact job at $1250. furthermore, their poor installation lead to a flood that will cost us more money in damages and cleaning. These people are taking advantage of customers and screwing them with high payments. DO NOT USE THEM.

Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

Henry from Kavana's plumbing is a stand up guy. You can't go wrong with him.

These people are the epitome of shady plumbers. A repair had to be conducted in a hurry and someone less knowledgeable had to supervise it and they saw $ signs and took advantage of the situation. Charged $850 to replace a shower cartridge and a toilet mechanism - $50 of parts and 30 minutes of work for them. Refused to provide a detailed invoice (that I needed for reimbursement). Actually did not use the right shower cartridge the first time, but hid it and charged the money anyway. Only when I called them out on it, since the shower did not work right, they came back to fix the shower for real. Avoid, unless you want to be ripped off by a couple of shady characters.

Our sewer started backing up while we had house guests. Horrible time to deal with a situation like this. Apex has great emergency service. They were very responsive and arrived at our house quickly. I’m very happy with their service and pricing. Thank you Apex for taking care of us.

Best plumbing company

I had a clog in my sewer line. Roger and his son JR came the same day as I called and cleared the line. They were both great. Would definitely recommend them for plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Doc Mechanical for all your plumbing needs! The team was extremely professional, offered fair prices, and were always on time. Doc Mechanical installed a water line to our basement kitchen and they also helped me when I had an emergency plumbing issue. They are reliable and I appreciate the high quality of work they completed on my house.

Joe came out this summer and replaced my shower kit. He left but then there was an issue where it was acting all up. I was nervous not sure what to do. I called their office hoping he could make it out by Monday because I was going to take pictures to put my place on the market. Luckily joe got word and called me that he was driving about an hour away but would swing by my place that evening. He came by and was able to resolve the issue and it has been working fine since. I appreciate that he didn’t leave me hanging and made sure the job was done right!

Darrell and his crew are very friendly and courteous. Darrell was quick to respond and find time to fit my project into his schedule last minute. Came in, identified the issue and finished the job in record time.

They came over to replace the toilet flush valve and to repair leaking shower valves. This is as simple as it gets as far as plumbing goes.
They used no parts and were there less than 2 hours.
They charged $724.15..... RIDICULOUS!
My mother in law got these guys out of a church bulliten, thinking they must be honest.
