Needed a sewer backup prevention system installed. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I called Rob West Plumbing. I was able to speak with Rob right away, and the next day he came to the house to talk about what system might work best for my needs. We settled on a system and a price, and the work started the next day. Upon completion, the project came in at the agreed on price.

His crew was polite, professional, and got the work complete on time. One thing I liked about dealing with this company was the fact that there was a constant line of communication with Rob, the owner of the business.

I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

My sink has been clogged and wouldn’t drain for awhile. I called Goode Plumbing and was very satisfied with the professionalism as well as the quick response. I told them it was not an urgent matter and within a matter of an hour or me calling a technician was here. John Paul was the name of the technician, John was professional as well as super informative. I ended up having to have something else done. John didn’t take it upon himself to just fix it and bill me for it. He brought it to me and asked how i wanted to move forward! I ended up having all the work competed and fixed within 2 hrs of making the call. I highly recommend this company and if you get John Paul, it’s an added bonus!

Everything went really smoothly and promptly with this plumber. I did not have to wonder why they were not getting back to me to discuss my project, as I have has to do so many other times with so many other plumbers. The representative was very organized, prompt, and courteous and even covered his shoes inside my house which was a really positive compromise between the fact that it's my living space and his working space. My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.) I highly recommend hiring Juan/Go-Rooter. I’m glad our building has him as our go-to plumber.

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!
