My toilet broke on a Saturday! I called Roto-Rooter because I know they don't charge extra for the weekend. They came right away, fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price to my delight. I have used them in the past for major sewer problems and they were excellent then too. They are the only plumbers I will ever call again! Kelly 2771 was the wonderful plumber who saved the day. It took from November 2022 to February 2023 to resolve our boiler's water bouncing --loud water knocks---that kept two unit owners from sleeping --- and could be heard EVEN outside of their condo units! Our prior heating/boiler service provider would say they would come out, schedule it and cancel it, re-schedule, and cancel. We contacted 5 other heating-boiler vendors-- respected longtime companies-all A+ ratings on BBB and other sights. None responded in a timely way. ONLY Van Der Bosch came through in these very difficult times. They are on Chicago's northside in Rogers Park/Edgewater a locally owned company.

I would for sure go with Go-Rooter if I ever have an issue again. Juan was super nice, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what my issue was in a detailed manner and answered all my questions. He even went back to get another part to make sure that the problem wouldn't persist. There was an additional issue the next day and he came back out immediately for a fair price and addressed the problem.

Burris Heating and Plumbing is the BEST in the business. He knew what was wrong, Knew exactly what he was doing and had it fixed within 40 minutes. Then he checked all the other gas appliances in the house to make sure they were functioning properly. He is thorough, knowledgeable and took me through each step to show me what he was doing and how to do some of the things myself. My new “go to” guy. And what’s more, VERY REASONABLE!!!!!! Michael came out this morning to repair our ejector pump that has been giving us issues for some time now. He was on time, quick and didn't charge us extra money for being in such a rush. Will use again for any future plumbing repairs.

I have used Loves Plumbing and Sewer twice now. Both times I contacted John outside of normal business hours and he answered and spoke with me immediately, and scheduled a visit the next day. Last summer I needed my kitchen sink replaced on short notice and he did it right away for a very reasonable price. The sink has worked perfectly ever since.

More recently, I had begun having water back up around the drain outside our basement door during the heavy Chicago rains that have been slamming our area in May/June 2020. He and a member of his crew showed up (both properly masked due to the ongoing pandemic) and quickly scoped my sewer line and cleaned out the drain leading to my catch basin in no time. He is clearly knowledgeable and wastes no time in assessing and correcting the issue. These were (by far) the smoothest and quickest service visits I've ever had. And his rates were more than fair.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I feel lucky to have finally found the rare plumber who I can trust to get here quickly and fix something right without charging me an arm and a leg.
