Amazing experience and team. Eugene and team were prompt, dealt with me over something like 30 emails, and were super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain when they hit a hiccup and how much extra it would be, and took the time to try to find a replacement versus installing a brand new faucet. They did my faucet and a whole house filter and were very reasonably priced and brought 3 people to get it done quickly!

I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. Chicagoland Quality Plumbing Inc Informed me after feeding a camera down my main sewer that my main line from my house and the sewer line from the city had separated causing sewage back up into my home. Edwin unclogged my sewer line and recommend adding a sewer clean out on the outside of my home. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and confirmed the issue causing my problem before making his recommendations. I highly recommend this company. Id give more stars if I was able to.

It took from November 2022 to February 2023 to resolve our boiler's water bouncing --loud water knocks---that kept two unit owners from sleeping --- and could be heard EVEN outside of their condo units! Our prior heating/boiler service provider would say they would come out, schedule it and cancel it, re-schedule, and cancel. We contacted 5 other heating-boiler vendors-- respected longtime companies-all A+ ratings on BBB and other sights. None responded in a timely way. ONLY Van Der Bosch came through in these very difficult times. They are on Chicago's northside in Rogers Park/Edgewater a locally owned company.

We are scheduled to have them Friday but they came Highly recommended. look forward to future business !!!

This company lives up to their name that’s for sure! My fiancé and I were experiencing a backup washer issue where it was causing the sink to overflow! Water everywhere on the floors, I called this company on a Saturday night and wow were they able to get to my home Immediately!
