Tom and his partner were very professional and courteous. With the quote ever part of the job was explained in detail. I had no water pressure in tub or shower. They took their time and solved the problem. I highly recommend for honesty in pricing and making sure the job was complete.

We had a clogged sump pump line, and feared we may a root or worse obstructing the line, so we called RotoRooter to take a look. I had to call First Chicago after the pump installed by Baethke Plumbing failed completely. Baethke came out and the quote they gave me for only taking apart the pump to diagnose the issue was crazy. First Chicago Plumbing was more economical, a far better value and provided excellent & immediate service, plus a three year guarantee, compared to a much more expensive plumber. Highly recommend, and THANKS First Chicago.

We needed someone to fix a leaky sump pump ASAP, and Goode was incredibly responsive. Trevor came to our house, and he was very patient as we discussed various options based on the issue that we were experiencing. He was efficient, friendly, and communicative. I'd recommend Goode if you need a quick response, but also someone who can give you their expert advice!

Edwin replaced a whole-house water filter and two faucets. He was extremely responsive when we initially called, and even came by the same day to give us an estimate for the work. He came the following week to do the work and showed up on time - he even called to tell us he was on his way. It seemed like he did everything the way he would in his own home. He was careful and diligent. One of the faucets he replaced was old and corroded and was difficult to remove but he did a beautiful job with everything. We're extremely please with his work. He's also a very nice person. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

The service of Apex was top notch from all aspects. This was my first experience with Apex and I contacted them from a referral. When they advertise same day service, they mean it. Chad was the plumber dispatched and he gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before his arrival. Chad was courteous and considerate when he arrived. I explained my issue and he walked me through the options of service I would need without high pressure sales pitch. He gave me a free estimate of the work I needed. I highly recommend requesting Chad if you call Apex.

Very responsible and responsible

I called today and he came before noon. He wasn't even in my Place for 5mins and he already had unclog the toilet. Before I called I reached out to my property manager maintenance line they came late didn't unclog the toilet and never came back again. It's was truly refreshing having and amazing experience like that. I am so glad I called and I will Send his number to everyone I know
