I asked Jan to replace some on valves on my city water meter, and there were a few issues with BBOX. Jan told me exactly what I needed to do, and even came back the following day to make sure I didn’t have any leaks.

I also contracted a handyman company to swap out my water heater. When the handyman company cancelled on me, Jan was able to fit me in that afternoon and made sure that I would have hot water for the weekend. Thanks again everything Jan!

They lied about the process that supposed need to be done, (3 hours process) when only took not even 50 minutes. When I asked the Andrew, the plumber, how much was it? He told me $598.20 I had no problem paying him. But when I found out that they told my wife that it was going to be $498.10, and the whole process that supposed it need to be done. I realized that they lied to get the job and they charged us more than what the estimate was!?

Took 45 minutes to install a dishwasher (plumbers on-site complained about being installers now) and they charged $196 up front. Bill came 2 months later for an additional $506 and shows over 2 hours of service. They did end up crediting $100 off but not satisfied with the overall experience. I would recommend a more buttoned up establishment unless you want to overpay for quick service during Covid.

We hired him to repair the downspout pipe and water service line leak in the patio. They did a good job and came back to adjust the shut off valve after the patio paver was restored.
