I called on a Monday over my lunch to schedule an appointment to get an estimate and I was able to get someone over that night. Chris was able to identify the problem fix part of it and provide a recommendation for the other, my toilet is bad. He was professional, neat, and thorough.I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future!

We had a weird situation where hot water was coming out of our cold taps. After getting estimates from a few places, we went with Jan at Vanguard because he knew what he was talking about. He diagnosed the problem with a few possibilities and thoroughly explained what might be happening. I appreciated his transparency, admitting that there could be several possibilities that he wouldn't know for sure until he got in there; a lot of other plumbers were quick to assess without a thorough examination.

Jan was also very diligent when he started his job. Over the course of a few hours, he checked on all our fixtures to make sure the situation wasn't stemming from one of the mix valves. And he set out on the work that was scoped, finishing in time for us to have guests over and restore our water flow. Excellent work.

Sam was early, communicative, personable, and solved the issue in under an hour. Stellar. Next day morning appt made my life and my tenant's life easy.

After Steele rodding my inside and outside lines . My plumber suggested hydro jetting. J sewer has professional equipment that comes with tank and camera. Linda was very pleasant and was able to get me an appt quickly. Tom came to my place, very professional, and did an amazing job. Even had to deal with many spider webs.

Water heater was estimated and installed in the same day. Everyone was professional and courteous. Working has seemingly turned out well. Looking into getting HVAC work done as well.

A drain in my basement was draining slowly and the p-trap of the drain appeared to be broken. I called the plumber in to dig up the floor around the drain and put in a new pipe with a p-trap. They dug up the pipe and found some problems with the connection to the sewer. They had to do more extensive repairs than first suspected. They completed the job in a day and a half and the price came in higher than the estimate but about what I expected given the additional work. The basement floor was restored with a layer of concrete around the new drain cover.

Everything went really smoothly and promptly with this plumber. I did not have to wonder why they were not getting back to me to discuss my project, as I have has to do so many other times with so many other plumbers. The representative was very organized, prompt, and courteous and even covered his shoes inside my house which was a really positive compromise between the fact that it's my living space and his working space. I would absolutely work with VanDerBosch Plumbing once again.

Very professional and helpful. I live out of state and was kept informed during the entire process. This was a complicated job because the piping is all over the place. I had several frozen pipes and a broken pipe. I would definitely hire them again.

I had water in my basement I livent on the westside and they came evaluated the situation and gave me a estimate and got the work done in a hurry I didn't have to set up a appointment they came out the same day. I would totally recommend them to friends and family

Rescue Plumbing fixed a problem for me that two other plumbers told me I would just have to live with....my garbage disposal was leaking into my dishwasher. Pete and Noah were quick and professional. Pete explained all of my options and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier with their work. Great experience!

5 stars for the service and the work, they got what I needed fixed and they responded and showed up quick. Why I give 3 stars is the way it was priced, I called for clogged kitchen drain, person on the phone wouldn’t give me an estimate and he said the technician will assess and give you a price….technician showed up, I explained the issue same way I did on the phone, and got quoted $595!!! Until it was lowered to $300 (which was supposedly a great deal), I still think it was still super high compared to other services I checked out after!! Point being, get their Services but be careful with how they price your project.

He was very knowledge in his trade and help me solve my problem.

Logan was fantastic. Explained in detail what they were going to do with cleaning my ejector pit. We get odor from the ejector pump and they came in a cleaned it and sealed it. He also gave clear recommendations on future maintenance. Overall, great experience and will use them again.

Pete and Noah were excellent. Very professional and helpful. Answered all our questions and finished the job quickly! We will definitely use them again!
