This was my first time using Rescue Plumbing and experience was so positive that I would call them again. Pete and Noah arrived quickly and got to work right away. They explained the possible approaches, outcomes, and costs before beginning work so there were no surprises. My issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Most important, they just struck me as good guys and that means a lot.

Our pump in the front of our house quit working and was pushing waste water back into our basement. Your technician was able to get a new pump and install it that same night. Yes, we probably paid way to much for the repair but I guess in the long run saved us from having to call in a clean up crew. Thank you!!!

We had a great experience using this company. Luis and Joel did an excellent job installing a new outdoor faucet, shower faucet repair and servicing our water heater. Luis was excellent at explaining everything and offering different price points for the various services. Will definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

My water heater broke and he came out the next day to replace it. He asked me what my needs were and made some suggestions. He didnt leave until he made sure everything was working properly and he is proud of his work. He also gave me a great price. Ill call him again when I need something.

First Chicago Plumbing caused damage to our shower faucet by not taking the necessary measures while working on another unit in our building. They also lied about what measures could be taken to prevent the issue. Quoting First Chicago Plumbing's response:
Shower faucets do not have stop valves so there was no way to shut them off.
when the fact is there are valves at the water entry points (hot and cold) to the bathroom.
Since then they have been uncooperative and haven't provided insurance details upon multiple requests from the condo association. It is extremely unprofessional of a plumbing company to run away from their responsibilities after causing damage due to their own negligence and then be uncooperative in providing proof of insurance. Stay away from this company since they run away when things don't go right.

We had a very rough time when our shower valve started leaking bad. I was amazed that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC arrived a day after and delivered in half the time promised. I totally recommend their services and I look forward to working together if need be.

I had an issue with a sink clog and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. They installed a garbage disposal and cleared the sink very quickly. Also fixed my toilet and didn’t even charge for it. Excellent service and very professional.

Professional. Our heating and cooling company recommended Vanderbosch when we had an emergency on a Sunday morning. This was the only company (the company we usually use did not return our call in addition to other larger local companies) who returned my call and talked us through how to immediately stop the retainer tank leak, which was spraying water. A few days later someone came out to service it and explained everything about the hot water tank to us and gave us options. They were reliable and on schedule.

The plumbers recommended for my area called within the hour. The service provided by Plumbers 911 and Aleck Plumbing were excellent! I highly recommend this service!

This place saved my life when I had a plumbing emergency 1 hour before I was supposed to go to the airport. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

Service technician was knowledgeable and polite. My sink was unclogged. However your bank account will also be empty at the end of the service. Very over priced for a simple job. I only learned this after researching once the job was done. $499 for a simple unclogging. Didn't know that I could rent the same tool from home Depot's for a fraction of the price. Although the job was done, I would consider this unprofessional business practice. Again, the work was great but if you can do a bit of research you could save yourself some money. If you don't care about the cost, then this is the company for you.

Overcharging consumers for simple unclogging can be seen as a misrepresentation effort, equipment, quality of service or skill to perform the service.

(815 ILCS 505) section 2

Objectively speaking: $499 for this service is overcharging. This was not a complicated or unique situation.

Sean was awesome. He came to fix our HVAC system. He fixed an electric issue within 30 min and had it up and running again. Very honest and kind. I highly recommend.

Henry came to my house within an hour of calling him and diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with; I would definitely call him again for my plumbing needs.

They are professional and very knowledgeable. They were the plumbing contractor for our renovation. I recommend Power Plumbing completely.

1st let me say how detailed Walter was with informing me on what was wrong. He walked me through everything with such detail. He gave me his plan and the best most cost effective way to execute it. Him & his crew came the next day, on time ready to work and cleaned all areas they worked in. Throughout the repair he kept me informed on what was being done. He took before and after pictures and was extremely professional. I highly recommend and would definitely call him again if needed. Thanks so much!
