We had a very serious gas leak from the dryer that was a life threatening situation. Pete and Noah fixed the issue and made everything safe.

Cormac from Baethke responded quickly and professionally to our emergency need and kept at it till it was done. He even needed to call in Hector for assistance as the job proved to be a challenge. They got it finished on time for us to use the building and did a great job cleaning up. I'd have no problem calling Baethke again.

This was the third time we have used J Sewer. We have a lot of trees and have regular problems with tree roots in our sewer line. This time we had hydrojetting done with a camera. Jesus spent a lot of time cleaning out all the roots and checking the condition of our pipes. Highly recommended.

Office manager is really easy to work with - she was so helpful with figuring out what work I needed done via phone and helping to schedule and coordinate it. Technicians showed up right on time and did a great job with the work needed.

From the assessment, these plumbers were able to diagnose that the previous plumbers had messed up on all my new pipes and they needed to be replaced. They gave a rough estimate and proceeded to do the work. It was beautiful and I recommend what thye do.

I reached out to Goode Plumbing based on a personal recommendation when there was a leak under my dishwasher. They came out on a Thursday and diagnosed the problem. They sent someone the following day to fix it, but later that evening it was leaking again. Goode sent someone out the next day (a Saturday) who told me that they had misdiagnosed the problem and that someone would contact me when the office opened on Monday about a refund.I got a call the following Monday afternoon trying to schedule another technician to come out with no mention of the mistake or a refund. It’s has now been almost 7 weeks of me reaching out to try to get a redund and resolution of this, but the lack of communication from Goode Plumbing has been staggering. I was told a few weeks ago I would be receiving a $500 refund (which I have not received to date) but the person I spoke with couldn’t tell me why they were keeping over $300 and said the manager (who had already reached out to several times with no response) would have to call me. It is no surprise, I didn’t hear from the manager and haven’t heard from anyone despite reaching out to follow-up.Honestly, if Goode Plumbing had followed-up (like their plumber said they would) I wouldn’t have anything negative to say. The plumbers that came out to my residence were wonderful, but I have never dealt with a company that demonstrates such disregard for communicating with customers following a mistake that they made.

I won't use anyone else! Edwin Flores is an experienced, professional plumber who has never failed to impress me with his skill and his attention to detail. He won't fix what doesn't need fixing and I feel his prices are fair. Not only have I used him for multiple jobs but I have referred him to others who had the same experience I did.

I called All Pro Plumbing to have my sewer line viewed with a camera. The crew arrived early and were polite. I don't know their intentions but the seemed to jump to the most expensive solution to clearing roots from my sewer line. They recommended I go through my home owner's insurance to pay for a $2,800 repair (dig up and replace the clay pipe under my basement floor). They told me to tell my insurance that my line was collapsed and stressed that I not say anything about roots. I decided to get a second opinion. The plumbing company I used told me my line was not collapsed and they rodded the roots out, recommending annual rodding and Rid-X for maintenance.

Great job! I coordinated a building shutoff and they were 10 minutes early as requested. The pricing was $280 for a ball valve and $75 per cap which for their trip and time is reasonable. They went above and beyond by assisting the building management team who could not locate the shutoff valves.

I'd definitely recommend them and I'm very happy with their service.
