Mr. Burris came to my home, with his nephew and got the job done. After the big storm with tornado warnings we had this past Sunday, my life was a nightmare. The storm flooded my basement. This water rose high above my ankles throughout the entire basement. It damaged the hot water tank and no hot water for 2 days. This rain kept falling every night for 3 days. I bought a utility pump and it worked to keep the water down and I was able to have the hot water tank repaired. I called around several places and Burris and Sons was recommended by another plumber. I contacted his office and he came out within hours.

Mr. Burris is very thorough and explained to me step by step what he was doing and how he was solving the problem. Unfortunately, the lights in the basement did not work, but this did not stop Mr. Burris from completing this nightmare of clogged sewers. He knew the layout of my basement without me telling him where to go. He cut out the tree roots from the sewer and it was a big relief for me. He made sure that the water in every sewer hole was rodded and I watched the water go down in all of the drains and the big sewer hole in my backyard as well. He informed me on what I should do to keep this from repeating.

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed. Called him on Saturday for a sewer back up, he arrived and rodded out the sewer line several times. Spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the line was clear. Gave me some advice for the future, prompt, professional and courteous.

We had a totally collapsed catch basin by our patio, so Chuck at APEX came out and looked at it. They had rebuilt it in two days, even though it was raining hard the first day. I highly recommend APEX, and they they left the worksite spotless.

I called these guys just from a random internet search when we needed some plumbing done in our bathroom. We've had a lot of backup issues on the tub and sink, and no plumbers wanted to help us for a long-term fix over the years. Dmitry came in to look at the problem and immediately knew how to fix it. He even fixed our water pressure in about 5 seconds!
