Did well. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Good installation. Drawback: expensive - was a bit too much for installation. I bought the unit at Home Depot. The installation cost with Toto-rooter was way too much.

We used First Chicago to replace the corroded and clogged galvanized pipes in our building with copper, install a whole house filter, and install a new water heater. It was a great experience. Edwin is very prompt in his responses, efficient and thorough in his work, and just a kind person to interact with! We had a really unique situation where our kitchen sink disposal was backing up into our guest shower—talk about gross. Edwin handled it very professionally. He found the root of the problem, corrected it, and gave us easy maintenance directions to prevent it from happening again. We have since used Edwin for a few other things that have popped up. Friendly, competent and fair prices

I have reached out multiple times for a follow up on kitchen and bathroom work. After they came out and I paid for a service call (which they claim can be applied to the actual work performed) they stopped returning my calls.

I’d highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and especially Pete and Noah. I called Rescue to inspect a clog my vent stack and Pete and Noah came by a few hours later and earlier than scheduled. They were both friendly and professional throughout the entire visit, they did a thorough inspection and tried to resolve the issue, and then provided a detailed explanation of the problem and expected costs. All around good and trustworthy and would call again for any plumbing issue.

Andrew was a great help. He went above and beyond for us. He was very informative and helped us choose the best option when it came to our hot eater heater issues. He didnt try to sell to us but rather help. He saved us a ton of money and feel confidemt in using jblanton in the future thanks to his great customer setvice!

We called Henry on a weekend, and he came in under short notice and took care of replacing our leaking kitchen faucet. He did the job clean and quick. I will be calling him again for future plumbing repairs

We had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. Making an appointment is easy because their admin staff are super organized. Both times we were able to get someone to come out within a day. The guys that came and installed our new sump pump were incredibly nice and professional. They emailed us options to fix our problem with price estimates, which made everything really clear and easy. Everybody at Rescue is so friendly! We highly recommend.

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

Patrick did a very professional job from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a better plumber. Our under granite sink looks great and the faucet works flawlessly with no leaks. He was attentive to any concerns we had and readjusted things until we were satisfied.
