Great plumbing service! I was able to schedule an appt for an estimate and they were super accommodating and able to perform the work that same day! Pete and Noah did a great job explaining what needed to be done and were fast and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the work done! Highly recommend Rescue Plumbing if you’re looking for a local plumber.

I had a non-emergency issue and scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 5pm and got a window of 5-7pm. The dispatch office called me at 3pm asking if I was available now but I wasn't since I was at work which is why I scheduled it for 5pm in the first place. Not really a big deal I suppose but still strange to me why they would do that. 6:45pm rolls around and I get a call from dispatch again saying the guy won't make it out there and wants to reschedule for next morning, thankfully its Saturday and no work. Guy shows up on time, seems fairly knowledgeable, and rods the pipe. He did spend about 15-20 minutes on the phone after he was done with some other worker, complaining about their boss or something...not too thrilled about that since most of the $400+ dollar service is charged to labor. He also said that I would get a complimentary video inspection and that his field supervisor would call me to schedule a time, even wrote it down on my bill. Days go by with no call but thankfully no more issue with my pipe so the rodding helped. The next week I call asking about my complimentary video inspection and I am told that someone will call me within the hour to schedule a time. Two weeks later with no call I finally get time to call them back and I am told right away that they don't offer video inspection in my area and they don't know why the tech would have offered it to me. Long story short, they fixed my issue but scheduling issues and broken commitments left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not use them again unless they were my only option.

Jan is a skilled plumber. Gave me a preliminary diagnosis on my issue with my basement toilet and shower drain backing up. Arrived on time on the day he was scheduled to come by and fixed the issue I had. Cleaned the ejector pit, that was full of roots, and installed a new ejector pump. This solved my issue. Competent, on time, and able to fix my somewhat complex plumbing issue on the first try. Happy

Their prices are high, but you get reliable, high quality, and fast work. So in that equation of good, cheap, and quick-- those are the two of the three that I needed.The person who came out today to assess everything before the work was performed was really excellent at explaining and patient with my questions, for what it's worth. Not all service providers will do that.

I was looking for a plumber to take care of a leaky toilet and got a recommendation from Facebook for J. Blanton.I called to set up an appointment and the person on the phone was nice and made my appointment. I had a lot of questions about charges and cost. Some other places wanted to charge me truck roll fees just to send a plumber out, not J Blanton. She told me it would only be a service fee if I decide not to have the work done.The day of my appointment I received a call from the dispatcher to let me know that they were on their way. Shaun and Cody came to my place and told me exactly what had to be done. All the pricing was up front and they explained everything that need to be done. I had a thought that I might need a new toilet and they confirmed it for me. They scheduled to come back the next day to do the install. They came back the next day and installed my new toilet quickly. I was impressed and will be using them for any other plumbing needs.

They saved us and fixed a drain under our house that was clogged by a root. They were out within 2 hours and everything was fixed in another 2 hours. They also explained everything to me so now we know what to do so the problem doesn't happen again!
