Best Bathroom Plumbing in Chicago IL

Javier came over, same day, and fixed our water heater. We had been told by another plumber that we needed to replace it asap or wait 10 days for a part. We may still need to replace the water heater but, it is working now, and we have time to decide which type of water heater to install next (tankless vs traditional). Javier and his assistant Jeremy were both incredibly professional and helped fix two other shower heads during their time here. Great service and very knowledgeable!

I was very pleased with the service I received. I called Roto-Rooter on my way home in Chicago and scheduled an appointment. When I pulled into my driveway less than a hour later, a plumber was already there waiting. The young man, Jonathan, was very professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my plumbing problem and explained what needed to be done. He patiently answered all of my questions and finished the job sooner than expected. This time we had a kitchen faucet installed. They take the time to look at everything related and point out issues or potential issues. We had a crack in our garbage disposal that was not leaking yet but eventually would, it was over 14 years old. No hard sell to replace it now but would save labor time. We decided to go ahead and have it replace and they worked hard and fast!

It was undoubtedly a great job. The crew came out to help and they did a thorough inspection after which they proceeded to do the work. They are really wonderful people doing wonderful things.

We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Pete and Noah were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time and were very communicative. They explained the issue with our shower and, despite the difficulty in getting parts for the random European model, had it fixed in just a few days! Two other plumbers had given us the runaround or ghosted us, so Pete and Noah’s work at Rescue Plumbing really stood out as phenomenal. Highly recommend!

My condo association had Andrew Jameson in to do some basic maintenance today. I called this morning at 9am and by 130pm Andrew was over to complete the project He was knowledgeable and friendly!! We would definitely use J Blanton again in the future.

I first used the service of Power Plumbing over 10 years ago. They were recommended by the company who serviced my kitchen cabinets. I had always wanted a dishwasher and had been told by 3 different plumbers that it couldn't be done because of the location of my pipes.
Jason from Power Plumbing came to my home and stated calmly, It can be done. In the 8 years that I had that dishwasher I never had a problem. And so when I decided to upgrade my appliances, I called Power again and requested Jason. Once again Jason installed my new dishwasher with no problem.
Over the past years whenever I have had a plumbing issue I do not hesitate to call Power Plumbing. Each service technician has not only been professional, but courteous and respectful of my home. And that is very important to me.
Although I have never met Rae personally, I feel that she is committed to making sure her customers are satisfied and goes that extra mile to insure that is the final result.

Logan and Djenkis were great - timely, professional, friendly and very communicative about the work that needed to be done. Customer service was also much better than many I’ve experienced. This is the second time I’ve used Rescue, and I highly recommend them.

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

My experience with Sam's Plumbing And Rodding was excellent from start to finish. I appreciate the level of customer service and professionalism which was provided. I received a call approximately 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving so that I could meet them. He arrived, explained what repair was needed and kept me informed through the process.
