We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Dex and his colleague came out quickly to assess and fix our issue of a clogged sewer pipe. Before they left, they triple checked everything was back to normal. So grateful for their quick response and thorough work!

Jason 1491 and Joe 1071 were excellent technicians. Joe came out to clean a clog in the main sewer line. We found out the outside line was broken. He did an excellent job of explaining all options and sent out a supervisor to get us set up to get it fixed. Jason showed up the next day 8am and explained what he was going to do and what the possible outcomes were. I was informed every step of the way. The greatest part is they quote worst case scenario so our final price was lower. At a time when your stressed they give you ease and honesty. Highly recommended!

Pipe burst in my house. I have some experience fixing water lines but was intimidated to start. He gave me ideas over the phone to diagnose the problem and I was able to fix it myself and save a bunch of money. He was willing to come to the house within hours to fix the problem if I was unable. Took 45 minutes to install a dishwasher (plumbers on-site complained about being installers now) and they charged $196 up front. Bill came 2 months later for an additional $506 and shows over 2 hours of service. They did end up crediting $100 off but not satisfied with the overall experience. I would recommend a more buttoned up establishment unless you want to overpay for quick service during Covid.

Walter gave a quote when he came out to check the problem . He showed that he was license and bonded before I agreed that he was the man for the job. He came back did the job promptly and charged the quoted primero. I would recommend his company to any and everybody. 5 stars!!!

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

Dan cleaned out the drain and replaced my old trash disposal. He did an amazing job. He took out the broken old disposal that has been there since I bought the house. He replaced it completely, including all of the necessary new pipes beneath the kitchen sink. If I ever need a plumber, you're the one I'll call, and I hope everyone has the opportunity to witness the professionalism, cleanliness, and outstanding work ethic that you demonstrated at my house.
