It's Sunday and you know calling a plumber is going to be expensive but you have a backed up kitchen drain that you can't fix after trying everything. So I called Roto-Rooter plumbing. Eduardo was at my house right when they said he would be and I received a phone call from the dispatcher twice to let me know they were running behind and when Eduardo was on his way. Eduardo, technician number 5256, came in and assessed the problem within 5 minutes. My drain line from my kitchen sink to the main was packed with 15 years worth of garbage disposal waste. He told me he could resolve the problem and immediately told me how much it would cost. It was a reasonable amount, especially for a Sunday, and I proceeded with the work. Eduardo kept me informed on what was happening throughout the process. When he was under the kitchen sink rodding from the sink he noticed that my drain trap had a huge chunk missing from it and he said he had the part on his truck and replaced it as part of the job. Eduardo was a really nice guy. He was pleasant and polite from the moment he entered my home and he made sure he cleaned up after his work and was very respectful of my home. Thank you Eduardo for resolving a nasty problem and allowing us to continue to enjoy our Memorial day weekend. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again and If possible, ask for Eduardo!

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. We've used Doc Mechanical a few times now for various plumbing issues in our home. I appreciate how professional and neat they are but also how they explain things to us non-plumbers! We also appreciate their honesty and while I don't have a whole lot to compare to, I believe their pricing is affordable. Hopefully we won't need to use them for a while but will definitely call them when needed!

$688.37 to replace the sink and water filter faucets and soap dispenser. They did something (installed a piece of wood underneath) that made the water filter leak underneath the sink, telling me that they couldn’t fix it and for us to go find the tube, replace it ourselves and fix it?. Called and owner told me that we created the issue after trying to change the tube. What??? No responsibility or just saying, “we are professional plumber and we fix issues, not crate them and walk away. The leak is so bad that we have to turn off the sink water and hire a new plumber to come fix it...So frustrating. Unbelievable!!

This company was sent to me by my home warranty service. They arrived on time and explained to me what their next steps would be. I had a very old water heater that just wasn't getting my water warm let alone hot. They ordered me a new one and replaced it within a week. I'd definitely use them again.
