Great service, Jair-5259 came to fix the clogged main line of my home. Roto- Rooter had a very fast response as I had called around midnight the night before and Jair was here by 8am first thing. He has very informative and most of all very professional. He ensured that he took the additional steps to not get any dirt onto my carpet and basement and also did a great job of cleaning up any mess. I would definitely recommend simply based off this attention to detail.

I was having some serious plumbing problems and I had no idea what I was going to do. I had called several different plumbing companies and and they would tell me that they would call me back or they can't get to me until the next day, now mind you I was unable to flush my toilet so I was needing help right away. I called go Rooter and this was in the evening after hours, and they came right out. My plumber or technician name was Bert he was patient honest and did everything he could to help me and explain everything to me. I would recommend this company especially Bert to anybody who's having plumbing problems. I'm not just saying this I really mean it I think God for them.

showed up with 1 hr of calling. the part needed had to be ordered. the plumber told me to either install it myself or hire a handyman when it comes in as it's an easy job that doesn't justify his $140/hr. real nice guy and honest.

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Anywho, our dishwasher was clogged and the pump sounded to be overworking. This led to a bad smell in the dishwasher after use and standing water, not to mention it wasn't drying the dishes either. All of this was explained on the phone to DP&S as well as telling them no additional water damage or issues near the dishwasher or sink existed.They disregard all initial information given to them and send out a guy who does absolutely nothing besides corroborate what we had already told them. All he does is give us the name of someone that can fix it.We are then charged $75 a couple days later via a mailed invoice. I call in and talk to Bonnie. I explained my situation and that I think it's unreasonable for me to have to pay. I do this in a calm, professional manner as a way to hopefully get to a resolution that works for both sides. Bonnie responds with Oh, so you don't want to pay?!?! and then promptly hangs up.Unbelievably terrible service and just mean-spirited, unprofessional people. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I had to call the plumber back to get updates instead of him calling me. Didn't show up even after approving the $179 fee just to arrive there. I got tired of waiting and just called someone else and they resolved the issue on the spot in less than 15 minutes.
