They were great! They came into the house were super respectful explained every part of the process, showing us a camera feed of the pipe so we could see the problem. They even wore booties and put booties on the machines to not track in dirt, snow, salt. Will definitely use them for future issues, or refer them!!!!

Jan is a skilled plumber. Gave me a preliminary diagnosis on my issue with my basement toilet and shower drain backing up. Arrived on time on the day he was scheduled to come by and fixed the issue I had. Cleaned the ejector pit, that was full of roots, and installed a new ejector pump. This solved my issue. Competent, on time, and able to fix my somewhat complex plumbing issue on the first try. Happy

5 Stars all the way!!! I called Rob, last spring, to see about options for some kind of flood control for my basement. I liked that he offers several different options depending on the individual situation. Though I knew I would probably hire Rob after our first phone conversation - he doesn't come out for free estimates. He actually cables the sewer line to locate everything pertaining to the job. I brought him in last - since I knew my sewer line needed some rodding anyway.

I talked to 5 different companies, 4 of which gave me detailed estimates. My instincts were correct to hire Rob. He came out with John on a Saturday to do the evaluation and rod our line. They thoroughly explained everything with our current systems and the best solutions. We decided to go with a 'modified overhead sewer system. The basement drains, toilet, and washer/dryer are no longer connected to the city sewer line. They now drain into an ejector pit which pumps the waste water up to the main stack. Sewer will never flood my basement. I think there needs to be 6 feet of water outside in order for gravity to push the sewage up to my first floor..

Rob called with the estimate 2 days later - gave me the price $6000. After talking to the other companies, I was ready to pull the trigger on this one. Great news was they could start tomorrow.

They showed up on time ready to work (Jermaine and Ed). Friendly and hardworking. Worked all day excavating the basement floor. After 1 or 2 days we talked to Rob about having some rough in plumbing so we can build a bathroom down there. They threw that in for $1500 and also moved my Hot Water Heater and added an extra floor vent. This was a big job and every one of the workers were first rate - Jermaine, Ed, John, Luke, and of course Rob. Job took 5 days.

Communication with Tom, in the office, was also pleasant.

Excellent job by all of them - I couldn't be happier. And they finished a couple of days before our first big rain - I slept easy that night.

Thanks Rob! Hope to see you soon - we want to upgrade some of our old plumbing lines and of course get started on that bathroom.

Logan was fantastic to work with. Very responsive, professional, and accommodating. My tenants did not have a working shower and Logan offered to come in on his day off to fix the issue. Do not use this company. Had a very horrible experience. I made an appointment and paid for their annual membership after I was convinced by one of the sales person that with $200 annual membership, I will get 10% discount for the service provided in the future. They never showed up on the scheduled appointment and I had to call 2nd time to reschedule it. They never showed up the 2nd time I called and I called again for 3rd time and very apologetic about about the situation. I gave them one final chance and promised someone will call to reschedule and never called me back. After paying $200 annual membership and this type of service will not keep any customers happy. I have no idea how this company received 5 stars with this unprofessional service and their customer service do not feel like working at all. I rarely give a bad review but this is way beyond my patience.
