Belinda was very helpful on the phone and was able to get us in quickly right before Thanksgiving when our only bathroom was clogged. The technician who came out was early, kind, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process. Outstanding service.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Great experience! Called at 8am. Water heater leaking. Said they would be there between 4-6pm. Jeronmy said he had some free time and came early, around 10:30. Had to replace old water heater. A little pricey, but it was worth it. Jeronmy is a great representative of this company. Knowledgeable and polite. Would use them again. Thank you A1 Sewer and Drain.

My upstairs toilet was leaking into my den. We thought this prob had been taken care of by someone else but what they 'fixed' was not the cause. Janice came out first to assess the situation and gave me all the options of poss things and advice. Keenan, the service tech showed up not long after and discussed options as well. With each step he quoted prices to let me know before doing things. He diagnosed the actual issue, fixed it..double and tripled checked. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and does great work! Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Very disappointing. I called Shawn and asked if he could come out and check for a water leak which NNWW notified us about. He didn’t sound very interested in taking the job but asked that I text him our address and contact information to the number I called. He said he would try to make it out at the beginning of the following week. I texted him our address, our contact information and wrote again what the issue was. I never heard back from him again! He didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge my text message. I guess if you’re in high demand, you can pick and choose your customers. Obviously, we didn’t meet his standards. While he receives lots of great reviews when he actually shows up, my suggestion would be to find someone who is more reliable.

RA Styron has installed two units in our home. Their customer service has been responsive and reasonably priced. Everyone that we have dealt with, from the initial quote and installation, to subsequent repairs has been great.
Our gas package unit needed a major repair which shut our heat off in January. They promptly ordered the parts in and the technician got the unit up and running in no time. We have utilized other HVAC companies and the competitors' business practices and service do not compare favorably with RA Styron at all. We are satisfied customers and highly recommend RA Styron.

He knew exactly what needed to be done, and worked with me to keep the total cost as low as possible without compromising the work. Cecilia's installed a bathroom vanity, replaced some Quest pipe, and did some drywall work. They were on time, very professional, and did an absolutely wonderful job!. And not one speck of dust was left when they finished. Their prices are also very reasonable. I have used a few other contractors - No more! From now on, it will be Cecilia's.

The service was fine in terms of the work they did with the dishwasher. They literally HUNG UP on my fiance when he called inquiring about why we spent $100 to snake our pipes for the washing machine when the tech told him PRIOR that the problem is that the pipes were too small and that's why it was leaking. The only reason they looked under the house was to see how much we would pay them IF we decided to redo our lines. If you knew what the problem was, why are you charging for a service that wasn't necessary to perform? That's called taking advantage of your customers who don't know much about plumbing.

My advice: Don't yell at your customers. I could hear this person yelling at my fiance on the phone and I wasn't even standing by him. When my fiance would try to talk, I could literally hear this person constantly talking. You might do quality work, but your customer service and this experience was terrible. If someone pays you for a service and they want to know what why something was done that way, getting defensive doesn't exactly look the best..regardless of whether they are upset. We didnt even get to share the fact that upon inspecting our washing machine, there were dents in the door that werent there before..because we were hung up on. I guess thats what you get for trusting you'd be in good hands from a number one rated company in Portsmouth. This was our first and last experience.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

The tech was very helpful and thorough! He was on time and polite and took the time to answer my questions. They didn’t find a leak but fixed my shower head which was also an issue. Would recommend!
