Wow. I read the reviews from this company and thought it was too good to be true… i was so wrong. Plumbing Specialist single handily fixed the plumbing in my house and my grandmothers house. Very professional & extremely knowledgeable. Definitely will be my plumber anytime i need help!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Quick response and amazing service on a fairly intense job. When it turned out that the lot owner had to do the repairs (line was broken and needed to be dug up and replaced) Bruce even called a few days later to check up on things. Friendly, fast, and extremely kind. Thanks Bruce!!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Our system was completely down. Contacted Michael &Son for a checkup. Found out system was too expensive to repair and ordered replacement. David, the qualified technician and Leonard arrived around 9:45 am on June 3 and did not leave in around 12:30 am on June 4. The temperature was a steaming 92. David told me they would not leave until my system was installed. They had to replace and move the thermostat and some of the ducting. They were very professional and were Very knowledgeable. I have never been so impressed with David’s knowledge, his sincere dedication to the customer and his work ethics. He and Leonard never stopped to eat , never left the job site. His dedication and technical experience was astounding. I would greatly appreciate if you would pass to them how much they are appreciated. Restored my faith in the profession.

Outstandinding service

Greg was excellent customer service wise, and with labor as well. He was very personable and did great work. The only complaint I have is unrelated to Greg completely, but with the company itself. The rates and amount due by the end of the service was very confusing and I ended up spending over $200 more than I was estimated. The company was very kind in offering me a $50 credit on top of the coupons I was already able to apply. Although I’m disappointed I spent more money than I planned on, I am very satisfied with the customer service from everyone involved.

Business was response, professional, and in time. The plumber that came install the unit, she was fast, detailed, helpful, and answered all questions. Would recommend and use their services again.

My experience mirrors other recent negative reviews linked to property management with Howard Hanna. Late, unprofessional, and unable to speak to me or my husband with any kind of human decency or respect. This company lost its accreditation from the BBB last year due to being unable to Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity, good faith and intent to do what is reasonably expected. Which tracks because they straight up lied to me about coming out early in the morning to fix what their own technician said was a sh*tily installed plumbing. They fired him for telling us that, btw. My advice would be to document everything, take photos of your home before and after they arrive (check the other reviews about coincidentally missing items of value from homes). Oh and have alot of time to waste because these people DGAF about you or your rental. Just the money.

This company was called in do to a repair from another contractor. Gordon was very experienced and efficient. Even in the construction zone he was careful not to add to the mess. We inquired about another issue which he was able to explain how to rectify the problem. We had him come back and complete that project as well. Our experience was great! We would work with this company again.

Shawn is very professional. He gives you answers without beating around the bush. He is not going to overcharge for his services. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Dave came out the next day for a clogged sink that we had been troubleshooting for a week. Needed him again 2 days later for the same issue and he fixed it no charge. Called the day after to make sure it was good.
