Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Hunter was early. He was super friendly and educated me on some things. He was also not pushy trying to sell me something. I will always use them.

Two service pros arrived at my home , at the time set for the appointment. They were professionally dressed, knowledgeable, asked what I wanted done, and gave me options, without pressuring me in any way. They answered my questions and did not rush me as I was deciding which of options I wanted to choose. I decided on a new toilet, as the old one was leaking and about 20 years old. I also decided on a new kitchen faucet as the old one leaked enough to raise my water bill. I could have been persuaded to get a new garbage disposal, but they felt it did not yet need replacing. I was really impressed that they did not visit back and forth with each other but were task focused. I was also impressed by the fact all info was displayed on paper as well as on my cell phone and I downloaded and saved the info. They showed me what they were doing and everything met my satisfaction. I am delighted to give these two men a 5 star rating. In the future, I will certainly use All Day Plumbing again, if I have any more concerns.

(2021) Patrick was hard-working and knowledgeable. He came late at night and helped us out and came right back the next morning with another plumber, and they were able to get to the bottom of the problem. It looks like they might have to knock out part of our wall but they were able to go to our roof instead. We are very grateful for them!(2018)Justin was very personable and knowledgable. He got right to the problem we were having and helped us come up with a plan to solve it. We would definitely call A-1 Sewer and Drain again. We would also recommend them/Justin to anyone in need of a plumber.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

RS Andrews was responsive, didn't charge extra to come out on a Sunday, and our technician Shane was polite, professional, and informative.

I will say hands down service tech (Adam Cronk) is the most honest, professional service technician I have ever met. He has serviced us on multiple occasions . We had just had A1 Sewer and drain out an for a ser vice call, and was informed by the technician , that the problem was fixed. We are a full service restaurant so a working bathroom is a priority. Only to discover that the next morning the problem was not resolved. So Roto-rooter it was that we called. Mr Cronk took the time and effort to investigate an thoroughly check to see what the problem was. A1 was finished with the service call in 10mins, only to leave a job unfinished and not corrected. We will from now only , use roto-rooter for all of our business needs.

I called for multiple issues with plumbing on a rental. The company had four in total trips to the home. They drilled a hole through a wall and never fixed and I had failed an inspection because the inspector indicated they placed combustible materials around a gas vented system. After many attempts to reach them there was no response. They want the money but do not want to put in the work correctly. I will use a company with more experience to get it done right the first time.

Besides fixing what I broke in my home DIY project, he took some time to teach me his recommended path forward in completing the plumbing work that would be needed after the emergency repair.
