The absolute worse!!! The technicians are rude and unprofessional. They serviced my condo community and were shouting obscenities and threatening to leave the residents without water because we asked questions. They promised our main line water leak would be repaired in a day and 5 days later it is not repaired. I wouldn't hire or trust them to repair anything!!!! These positive ratings must be posted by their family members and friends because there is absolutely nothing positive about this company by any means!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

The home care package puts my mind at ease. Worth every penny.

I had an emergency during the worst time possible. A frozen pipe busted during the winter snow storm I called EVERY COMPANY that I pulled up. Everybody was talking about being able to come out no earlier than 2 days! Last number I called was All Day Plumbing. I believe her name was Stephanie that took the call if not I do apologize. She was SO Courteous and polite. She gave me a date of the next day or later on, on the day that the pipe busted. She called me back and told me that someone would be out there the day of my call! I was so greatful being that I had a baby in the house as well as other family. If you all look at reviews like I do, then you will see the name Raymond over and over again. Guess who shows up to my door within 27 minutes of me hanging up the phone? RAYMOND!!! I couldn’t get no big name company out to help me and my family but Raymond at All Day Plumbing was on the job! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and he was so nice. He kept a smile on his face even when I was confused about some things. He made sure I understood before I signed any paperwork. Raymond is awesome! Thank you all so much.

David was very professional and got the job done. I really am glad I hired them as I tried to unclog it myself using a 25' snake, and I was unable to clear the clog. The only thing was I asked for them for the $25 internet coupon and they didn't tell David. When I signed for the work I thought $249 was after taxes and my coupon was on it. I looked at my receipt in my email after he left. It was not. I will give them 1 more star if they do give me the coupon I pre requested as I hired them. Someone from the office says they will give me the coupon...we shall see. My job was cleaning the main and my washing machine line.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

Excellent customer service and care. Explained everything in laymen terms. Inspected and made recommendations on how to improve the system.

The OWNER of the company just walked out of my house, refusing to look at my water heater, because my bf (a plumbing intern) asked him why the heater would not heat. HE COULDN'T ANSWER THE QUESTION. Then stormed out, yelling at my bf to shut up the whole time he walked to his van. EXTREMELY unprofessional. EXTREMELY unhelpful. It was the second time today the company had to come out, because the first guy couldn't even find the date that the heater was manufactured (it's on the sticker on the front of it). After spending my whole day trying to deal with this, I still don't have a functional water heater.

Emergency sewer repair. They were very responsive at a late hour and had me fixed and operational in under an hour! Great communications and service! Highly recommended! 👍🏻
