Best System Maintenance And Cleaning in Chesapeake VA

Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!!

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Cost over $800 for them to put in a kitchen faucet. I already had the kitchen faucet I had a coupon and was expecting to pay $200. I feel I was taken advantage of.

In my opinion I feel that RS Andrews didn’t want to repair my unit, they wanted to sell me a new unit for over $5000. I didn’t need/want a new unit nor could I afford one. I called another company and they came out to repair my unit and they repaired it for a lot less money $544.00. It’s now working like a charm!Also ,I have a 3 year warranty and a service agreement. Thank you for opening my eyes !!!!!

Ricky came out to look at our problem. He was fantastic! We didn’t end up using Mr. Rooter as we have a warranty with the installer of the sink. I will most definitely use them in the future!

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

When I felt like the big players in the plumbing business were overpricing their work and were putting an unfair markup on the hardware they were selling me... I called Richardson. They were very polite, professional, and handled my issue as if I were family and treated my tenant the same on-site when they came out to conduct the repair. Clean work. Professional communications. VERY timely response to my concerns. Reasonable prices. You won't be making a mistake by calling Richardson.

Atomic replaced our hot water heater for us and did such an amazing job. The technician was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. They even fixed things that we did not know were wrong and had a city inspector come check the work after the job was completed. I also love that they provide a discount for community members and military.

I've used the House Call Company since before they were known by that name and always had a good experience. My biggest issue being that I had to call them for my 'regular' seasonal maintenance.
In Oct. 2014, I got my whole HVAC system replaced (furnace, AC unit, and ductwork). Overall it went well, but a couple of the vents did not have anywhere near the output that all of the others did. I ask about it and was told it was likely due to those vents being the last in the line and another team could come and adjust the dampers, so I let it go for a while.
I continued to ask about it, but felt like I just got brushed off.
Finally, Dean was the serviceman that came to do my seasonal maintenance. Right away Dean said they'd make it right. He said they have a lifetime workmanship warrantee, which I had not heard before.
So while they've definitely not been perfect, they've always striven to make it right and they have, so that's why I give them 4 stars and continue to use them for my HVAC maintenance.
