Best Plumbing Problems in Chesapeake VA

The absolute worse!!! The technicians are rude and unprofessional. They serviced my condo community and were shouting obscenities and threatening to leave the residents without water because we asked questions. They promised our main line water leak would be repaired in a day and 5 days later it is not repaired. I wouldn't hire or trust them to repair anything!!!! These positive ratings must be posted by their family members and friends because there is absolutely nothing positive about this company by any means!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

I have used All Day Plumbing on two occasions, at separate locations. I was satisfied both times. They effectively communicated the problems, which ended up being three clogged drains, in a way that was easy for me to understand, and then fixed them without delay.

The only reason why I did not give All Day Plumbing five stars is because the plumber showed up approximately 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. However, I would use and recommend them, if needed, again.

Requested upgrade to toilet fixtures to low volume flush and no leak. Josh cam as schefuled and was excellent in eork and discussion. This was great support. Asked for new outside spigot estimate, was provided on scene. Great scheduling support from home office. Arrival was well announced . Excellent company.

They do a great job with excellent results. I recommend them!

I asked to have someone come and evaluate my unit because it wasn’t working. The gentleman was very nice and very knowledgeable with his information. He immediately went to work trying to figure out the problem and discovered that it would be more efficient to have the unit replaced. He got straight to the point and never tried to persuade me to buy anything I didn’t need. I was very pleased with this employee.

We found our sewer was backing up in our only bathroom and Roto Rooter came to fix it in no time. Service Technician Zach got right to work and had everything flowing as it should be within 15 minutes of arrival. Turns out we had roots growing into our pipes. Cost of service was fair and will definitely call again if needed.

Water Heater installation

Some of my thoughts.
1. Valve is not even on the drip pan,
2. Didn't use primer when connecting pipe,
3. Pipe too short, so just vent it,
4. Recycle old pipe cpvc (flexible metal pipe would have been more stable and nice,, but hmm)
5. Drain pan doesn't even fit the water heater,
6. Water heater blocking the drain from drain pan,
7. Asked 100 more for 20 drip pan (oh phone, we agreed that drip pan would be included)
8. Called 300 more than what was agreed on the phone (on phone, agreed that pipe work near would be included but he decided to charge more. And he said I don't like hassling with price)

We just purchased a home and lucky us there was some back up in the hall tub. I called or tried to find several plumbers and no response. Shawn called me back quickly, and he was very straightforward in his cost as well as the possibility it may be more than one issue. He came to the home and was professional and kind, and ended up clearing the pipes and cleaning up from the back up that happened before he came. Definitely using again!

Fast service! Fair prices. Been using Nevie and his guy's for years.
I'm also in the construction trades and I know good work, fair prices, and a company that treats homeowners honestly.

I am very impressed with Tony &son plumbing. He came same day within a few hours of calling and seemed very sincere and honest about the issue. Their price was very fair and reasonable as well compared to other plumbers around. I will definitely be using them again if I ever have any plumbing issues arise.

Paid two other plumbing companies to come out and they couldn’t resolve the problem. Two days without being able to use the water. Tony came out and was able to resolve the problem within a few minutes. Never again Hampton Roads. Only will be using Cecilia’s Home Repairs from now on.

Danny from Get Lit Electrical was the most responsive out of four local companies we got quotes from. He was also knowledgeable and offered advise on our hot tub install. We just moved to Yorktown and know who we will be calling for all our electrical needs.Thanks Danny!

This company has done more than just what they did this morning. They replaced my hot water heater and replaced my ignitor when it went bad under warranty. They will continue to get my business. And I thank you guys for the speedy work ythat you do!

Had an emergency situation gave them a call and was at my residence in less than 30 min. Had the problem fixed within 20 min of arriving. Great customer service would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Paying $318 for someone to spend 15 minutes telling me exactly what I already know and call it a fall check-up is unbelievable. Bait and Switch on the pricing. Wont use again.
