We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

My sales rep was kind and didn't come off like a car salesman. He didn't try charging me for extra replacements which i didn't need unlike another company that gave me an estimate which was DOUBLE the price! My technicians were on time, polite, ,professional and knowledgeable about their trade. They prepared the house for the job and didn't make any mess at all. A-1 Sewer &Drain replaced the main sewer line of my house. Everyone I dealt with were professional, polite and helpful. When a problem was discovered by the crew they were able to find a solution. They kept me fully advised during the process. This was a repair I dreaded but went so smoothly I couldn't be more happy.

Five Stars for Technician Chad Tisdale, who completed a routine service check of my home heating and cooling system which was installed by Russell's Heating and Cooling of Chesapeake, VA. Chad knew and applied his training professionally and thoroughly. He inspected the systems, performed preventive maintenance and cleaning, plus he informed me, the homeowner of many useful and valuable details. In addition to being thorough and competent in his work, Chad shared interesting conversation with me. He is a fine young man. Russell's is fortunate to have him as an employee.

The team did a fabulous job of installing a mini split system on my porch. They were courteous and efficient and very hard working. I would definitely call on this company again for future service needs.

I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone said she would call me back. After no call back I called a second time and was finally given an appointment for a few days out. The plumber came and never identified himself or his company. I guess I was suppose to read his logo on his shirt and truck and be satisfied with that. He came unprepared and instead of going back to the shop and getting what he needed, he rescheduled my appointment for another 4 days out. Upon his arrival for the second visit again the driver knocked on the door and did not say hello or identify himself to the person who answered. My husband had to ask him his name and the name of his company. The plumber took forever to do nothing. The leaking sink still leaked after he left. I had wet tissue all over my floor, A glob of hardened putty stuck on the floor and still a leaking sink. I contacted the office and again they said I had to wait.... a few days for him to return. That was totally unacceptable. I had another company come out the next day and fixed my issue with no problem. they found that there was no washers placed on the pipes, there was nothing on the pipes to seal it from leaking water. It looked as if he took the replacement drain parts out of package and just screwed them to the wall with no sealant. The bolts on the water valve were also still loose and leaking. He took no pride in his work or the cleanup from his work. The woman that answered the phone could care less also. I would not advise anyone to use this company unless they had money to throw away.. Its a joke.
