Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Repair specialist showed up precisely at the appointed time and was ready to work. He looked over everything and made appropriate recommendations to correct the issues. Once we agreed on the repairs, he promptly got to work and had the issues resolved within a very reasonable time frame.

Atomic Plumbing received my call re urgency at 7:30AM and by 8:45 9:00AM, the super men of Plumbing-- Bryan and Darin--arrived with 2 trucks, and a new water heater! They jumped in to stop the immediate crisis, and proceeded with meticulous care to stop water damage, break down wall where needed, and removed water heater and replaced it. They wear paper booties, are careful with moving things, and the clean up exceeded expectations. At their recommendation, used Water Damage Solutions who shifted their schedule and came to assess, and perform mold prevention as quickly as possible. I thank Bryan and Darin for an excellent recommendation to a company that was at our house by mid-morning. Atomic has my admiration and gratitude.

Our tech was Bryant Cueto and we could not have asked for better service! After we lost our water, he came to the house the day after House Call Company was called and saw what we were going through and made us a priority for the following day and got us our water back! The work he did looks incredible and Bryant, as well as the company, really made us feel important and that is all you can ask for when you are in the situation we were in. Bryant was very professional and he was a really positive person despite everything he was doing in the January weather. If we are ever faced with a situation like that again we know exactly who we would call for the job to get done. Thanks to him we can now shower in our own home again!
