AC went out when temps were over 100 this past summer. The rep came out that same day of my call, I knew this was the best company for my needs. They were here on the second day with AC/Heating/Ducts. It was a full day's work for the crew. They were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. Mr. Styron was most understanding when unexpectantly the funds took a few days to arrive. I must say I am impressed with this company AND have benefitted with a much lower electric and gas bill! I would like to thank Tony & Son Plumbing for a great job repairing my water pressure, tub faucets and shower head.I was having problems trying to find a honest plumber that would not over charge, cancel on me and came on the same day I called. When I called Tony about my plumbing problems he was at my door within 20 mins. I went to another plumbing company that wanted to charged me double of what Tony did. He was in and out in about 30 mins. I would recommend Tony & Son for your plumbing jobs. I will definitely use him again.

My AC unit's compressor started to fail. Bud's did a great job analyzing my needs and presenting options for me. When I decided to replace the unit instead of repairing the unit they gave me several options and did no try to oversell. In the end I got a new Bosch system that is amazing. They were also able to schedule my install relatively quickly once I made my decision.
Best of all was their professionalism. It was great having techs, office personnel, and comfort advisors all willing to talk with me to help me get the information I needed each step of the way. Not once did I feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next customer. They went above and beyond explaining details and listening to my concerns. They even waived the off hours service call charge I had prior to my decision to replace the unit. Which I felt was more than fair.
