Cast iron plumbing that was leaking was replaced with PVC and both outdoor spigots needed replacement. I was a little shocked at the price, (as I wasn’t sure what to expect),but the tech worked with me for the most immediate needed repair and any available discounts. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We talked about future repairs and costs as well as a service plan for the HVAC that was very reasonable compared to other companies, however M&S offers more with their plan. I am happy with this experience.

Technician had good communication with when they would arrive. They were professional and knowledgeable about my issue. They explained what to expect when they were done with my service call in regards to parts that had to be ordered.

Great work, done quickly, Ryan was so nice and professional. Fair price and military discount offered. We even have two dogs with anxiety (they were kenneled) that were being loud and he brought back in a treat for both of them. It's the little things. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Sometimes it's overwhelming to find a plumber that is certified, licensed, has integrity, trustworthy, and very honest. I found that in Tony!! He is even better business bureau (BBB) accredited!! His strong trust and honor makes him the perfect man for the job. I can't thank Tony enough. I'm very pleased with honesty and craftsmanship. Of the 3 email responses I got from 24/7 plumbers I contacted, the response from this company, I felt, was the most transparent. They gave me a price range and told me exactly what might have to be done to solve the problem. They jumped through hoops to squeeze me into their day. The plumber that arrived was courteous and instructive. He gave me tips on how to extend the time between plumber visits. So I will definitely be contacted them the next time I have a plumbing issue that's too much for me to handle.

We have used Bud's for several years and are always pleased with their services. They installed a whole house generator several years ago. Today they disconnected the electricity from an old alarm system in the house.

Price Right was sent to me by my 2-10 Warranty company and I was wary given some of the google reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The office called me super fast and set up an appointment for the next day. When they came, Brian and Shawn were excellent. The were fast, efficient and thorough and very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing a why. My water heater is working great now after they replaced two busted heating elements. I highly recommend them now that I have had such good service from them!!

Shawn and Dustin were so professional. They came out to our facility to change a sewage ejection pump and did an outstanding job all while getting rained on!! Definitely recommend Norfolk plumbing. These guys really are the best.
