American home shield referred me. price right called right away, came the same day, diagnosed the repair, got it authorized by the warranty company, ordered the part and will return tomorrow to install it. Larry the employee was courteous, polite and efficient.I will review tommorrows finished repair also.

Michael was the main service technician. Both Michael & Larry were quick & thorough in replacing the toilet valve. Very professional and prompt arrival. Fair price too. We will definitely call Price Right for future plumbing needs.

Kyle and Juwaun were very professional and super courteous . Found the issue and took care of the problem. Both gentlemen made you feel like a valued customer. Keep these guys happy because they definitely represent your company well.

Very unprofessional and rude

My water heater needed replaced. Like many of the other reviews, I have a home warranty. When the service tech came out he told me what my warranty covered and what it didn't. Of course it would have been nice if I would have had nothing out of pocket, but unlike some of the other reviews on here, I wasn't angry with Price Right, it's not their fault the warranty I purchased didn't cover a couple of items. The men that diagnosed the problem and the men that came to change out the old one were all very polite, professional, and up front about what was needed. I am very happy with the service!

[Timeliness] They did a fantastic job reaching out to me in a timely manner and were able to come the next morning. The problem was fixed quickly, and they made note of part numbers in case the problem was more complicated.

My home warranty recommended this service. I feel the tech falsely determined the problem with my water heater causing the warranty company to deny replacement. Price Right quoted us their replacement price for a 40 gallon tank at $2,400.00. Not happening! Called a reputable company who quoted $800.00 less for a new unit! BY FELICIA!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Price Right Plumbing. I was recommended to call them from my home warranty company. I called the company twice before every receiving a call back. When I did receive a call back, I could not get to the phone fast enough and missed the call. I called them immediately back and was not able to reach anyone. After several more times of calling and even leaving a voicemail with a very open schedule on my part just pleading for someone to call me back and give me an appointment time over a weeks time, I never even heard back from anyone. I finally had to go with another company, who answered immediately when I called. Very disappointed with the customer service I received.

So far so good. Sean was extremely courteous and straight forward.. They were extremely quick to schedule and we’re out the next day.

Highway robbery. !!! Had to take some to school technician never called to inform me that they were on the way. Received a call from the office I informed them that I was 10 minutes away I was told they could not wait that long they wanted to charge me $75 to come back in the afternoon. Poor customer service poor technician service save your money

Price Right came out to service a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink through my home warranty. The plumber told the warranty company that I or someone in my home broke the pipe (which is a lie) then the home warranty denied the claim to complete the work. Price Right charged me the deductible for work they didn’t perform. Luckily, I disputed and received my money back for the deductible from the warranty company. I will never use Price Right again!

BEWARE. They were contracted through my home warranty company to come out and service a plumbing issue. The tech diagnosed a main line stoppage but stated that it would require snaking from the roof of my house. After confirming that it was covered by my warranty company, when I called to reschedule servicing they denied it was a covered service and requested payment out of pocket from me. They kept the $100 service fee I paid but did none of the work. Highly unprofessional and dishonest place of business.

If I could leave no stars I would. The plumber came and did not resolve my issue. Instructed he would return after I had the HVAC reviewed for condensation. When I called to arrange the next steps they claimed I had no leak and that was not the issue they were at my home to address. Yet there is still a leak and there is still water pooling in my ceiling. Horrible customer service and horrible follow up. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and was told that information was confidential? So, in short, there is nobody to hold anyone accountable. No office to visit, no manager to remedy and they clearly don't care. Worst experience ever, but lesson learned. Document all conversations and the next steps with any contractor. Thankfully American Home Shield made the situation right and have arranged a more competent company to resolve my still leaking toilet.

Called the home warranty company for a leaking bathtub faucet, which I knew was the stem but traveling for work and the leak was too bad to wait. So with that said, wife was home alone....the plumber came in and said he needed a bath fitter to get to the stem, then proceeded to tell the warranty company that it was from excessive force......a 34 year old faucet stem was broken because of excessive force? This is the second plumbing issue they have been sent out to look at for the warranty with the same result. First one was a toilet and they wanted to charge us 1700 to replace it, we finally got a second opinion from another company and it will cost 550 to fix, and it was not from abuse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Call your warranty company and complain about them! Get them off the list!

My tenant Scott had a very professional experience with Larry his service tech. Larry replaced the thermocouple which he had on his truck, and went and got an igniter came back and replaced it all in the same day . AHS covered the repair, all I paid was my service call fee (75.00)

They came out the very next day when I had a plumbing issue. They called me when they were on the way & even offered to wait by my house when I told them I wasn’t home yet. Within minutes, they were able to identify the plumbing issue & reolve it. The whole experience was super easy. I highly recommend this company.

AHS dispatched this company. Mikey and Shane came out, assessed the issue, and replaced the broken diverted in our shower in minutes. They were polite and courteous, and offered professional service as well as advice. They communicated their whereabouts and time of arrival. I am thoroughly satisfied with these young men, and I will definitely use them again.

William and his assistant showed up and immediately diagnosed the toilet drainage issue and fixed it in under an hr. Great people and made sure I QA’d their work to ensure I was happy. Much better experience than with Drain Masters plumbing who said they had to completely pull the toilet and then wouldn’t accept the job since it was through a home warranty even though my home warranty company had already approved the work. Will be requesting price right for any additional plumbing needs.

I was very disappointed because the technicians were so unprofessional, and they lied to AHS. They wanted us to remove our stairs to the attic, replace the floor a third time because they didn’t like the replacement. They wrote that they left new heater in garage, and they didn’t. They sent reviews from AHS before job was complete. They wanted to replace the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon water heater. The 50 gallon is too large for the platform in my house.

They removed the old water heater and took all of the parts with them and wouldn’t return them.

The office staff were very kind.

Their quality under AHS warranty jobs is very unpredictable. Just had a pair of techs walk off a simple faucet swap on a laundry sink, claiming they couldn’t loosen the hardware… After cutting the lines of course…

This company seems to get a lot of backlash from customers but from my experience today they are very straight forward. Larry and Brian were very personable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Even the people on the phone(don’t remember her name) she was very nice. My heater was scheduled for Wednesday and they were able to do it on monday(same day that I requested the service)

Brian and Larry with Price Right Plumbing came out for a home warranty service request for a pipe leak. They were timely, professional, efficient, and fixed the problem.

This company was sent to us thorugh our home warranty. This company is a scam! They told us they could not fix our plumbing issue because they had to go through the roof. We would also need to hydro-jet the plumbing line and they dont have the special tools to help us. So they collected their money and went on their way.
I called another plumbing company and they said easy fix. The new plumbing company took care of the issue right away without going through the roof.
I would never recommend to anyone to use Price Right Plumbing unless you want to give free money away.

If I could rate 0 I would. Please avoid this company at all costs. They will come out and make things worst, recommend ridiculous replacements and then tell your insurance company it's not normal wear and tear in order for you to pay them out of pocket. Luckily I wasn't born yesterday and can recognize a scam. I requested a second opinion and the new company JR Plumbing got the job done. Not trustworthy at all.

I've used Price Right through my home warranty a few times for some smaller fixes and always appreciated the service, so I had them come do some work that wasn't covered through the warranty. They came next day and were on time, very friendly, explained everything thoroughly and reasonable in price. They fixed my issue quickly but then spotted a bigger issue when turning the water back on that would have been extremely costly if I'd discovered it later on my own once things got really bad. They were able to fix it right then and cut me a great deal since they were already out. Would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

Second time we have used this company and I have to say I am very disappointed in them and would NOT recommend them anymore, but you be the judge.

We called them because of a backed up sewer line and a leaking toilet (found water dripping from under the house when I was investigating the blocked sewer line). We were quoted a price, which we paid up front to fix them both, for $120. When I arrived at home and talked to the worker, in fact he had not found the leaking toilet, but found some “dried mold” instead. After explaining the issue again, I asked the worker to go back under the house. He found the issue and declared the wax ring had been installed wrong and was leaking. My reply was that his company had been the last to work on that toilet and replaced the wax ring.
After calling his boss to see what to do, I was quoted a price of an additional $125 to replace and repair that toilet. While he was quoting me, his boss called him again; at which time I asked if I could talk to the boss and I was told to call the office. I was 5 feet from the guy when the boss was talking to him on the cell. A little strange but okay, I went inside immediately to call the office phone and was told the boss had just left.....speechless.

Came out for warranty work and made up things wrong. Complete fraud in my opinion.

Terrible service. The lady that answers the phone is really rude and unprofessional. The crazy thing is I’ve been in my home for 10 years, had the same home warranty company and have dealt with them before with no problem. It’s astonishing that I’m seeing all these posts about the modification fee as well. They really have to tighten up.

Sent by home warranty company. Issue was resolved. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Arrived within the first hour of their 4 hour window.

Scam artists. Sent out by American home Shield to inspect gas, hot water heater that clearly has failed. They agreed then submitted a report to American home Shield that said, I needed gas line modifications, waterline modifications, new flu, and new drain pan to the tune of $595 above and beyond what the warranty company would pay. None of that stuff was needed. On top of that, inspector told me he was not certified to do gas, but apparently he was qualified to opine I needed gas line modifications!

This company was referred to me from my home warranty company… and I must say they did NOT disappoint!!!! My techs (Sean and Andrew) were absolutely amazing! They were both so very friendly, knowledgeable and so professional …. They greeted me with a smile (even pet my dog) asked me what was going on, replaced my garbage disposal and were on their way in about 20 minutes. It’s been a very long time since I have felt this type of professionalism especially from a younger generation. Shout out to these 2 young men; they are TOP NOTCH in what they do and definitely STAR TECHNICIANS….

My home warranty service sent me to this company. The website claims they are 24 hours, but I called twice and both times only got voicemail (left messages) and no return call. Their voicemail said nothing about them being closed or if their hours were different than what is posted. I needed my tankless water heater repaired, as I was getting no hot water in my house. I ended up calling another plumbing service and paying completely out of pocket, since the home warranty company apparently has no true 24 hour plumbers they work with, and I could not go 5+ days without hot water (had no water in my house one day due to a leak outside, lost hot water, waiting the weekend, and then waiting for a plumber to call... couldn't wait for all of that).

Mikey knew exactly what the problem was, had the part on the truck and was finished in no time. His professionalism was a credit to the company.

Recently had an issue with a leaking pipe. Caleb responded to the issue and immediately corrected the issue. He was very professional and polite. If he is a reflection of the companies values and culture then WELL DONE!

These people are crooks. I have a home warranty through American Home Shield, and this is the plumber they sent to my house. Under my warranty modification are not covered. These crooks claim to remove and install my hot water heater they need to do a water line modification. I've been in the construction industry for 20+ years and removing an old water heater to install a new 1 requires no modifications outside the scope of installation. This is another dishonest business taking advantage of warranty customers. There are no water or gas leaks so what are they modifying? I would be surprised if they knew what modification means. Take the cash option, and find another plumber. I would rather give a honest plumber more money than give these crooks 1 dime.

This contractor was dispatched through my home warranty company. They contacted me quickly and was able to get tonhouse same day. They diagnosed what they thought was the problem for a bathtub leak and fixed however, there was another issue to the leak. When they were contacted through home warranty company they came back out the day called, found the other issue and fixed. They had to cut out drywall and was very courteous in cleaning up the wall areas they cut out and explained what the issues were and there correction. They also have a tracking link they send you by text message when they are dispatched to let you know they are on the way. Would recommend this company.

I was really impressed with price right plumbing. They came IN the window they were suppose to! I know, exciting! They explained what my problem was, fixed it quickly, and best of all took my HMS home warranty claim so I only paid the small cost share. As a bonus they handed my Mastiff a bone I gave them so he would trust them and answered another plumbing question I had. Great plumbing experience.

Had a problem with an outside spicket, the two gentlemen that came to my residence identified the problem, presented a solution, explained to me the process, and the fixed it quickly and efficiently. Spot on. Great job!

This company was sent to me through American Home Shield. I started the experience with high hopes, but found those dashed quickly. The tech that came out tried to snake my toliet, basically gave up and then gave me a quote for a new drain for over $600 after I paid 75 dollars for him to tell me he couldn't fix it. I was told he couldn't work on it because it was under my house. Yeah plumbing tends to be there. Happy to say me and my dad took the toliet off the drain today, snaked it and low and behold we have a perfectly working plumbing system. Took two newbs to do what this guy should have. I will never recommend them, I am actively filing a complaint through to American Home Shield about this and hopefully my experience won't happen to another person.

American Home Shield sent them out to replace my Apollo system water heater. the initial inspection was less than 2 minutes(it had an obvious leak) and they told me I would have to pay $670.00 out of pocket for pipe modifications which is a loop hole they exploit on every AHS water heater contract, without knowing what water heater would go back in. Turns out the same thing went back in but they would even unload the water heater until we paid. I called the company when I was first told about the loop hole scam and asked what the hourly rate was trying to figure out how they justify the expense know if they had to modify every single pipe it would be less than an hour of work, I was told it's a flat rate. that's top notch lawyer kinda of pay. turn out they used shark bite hose couplers(my 1 hour was based on having to solder the four pipes) they did nothing extra to install the water heater that they would not have had to do replace the water heater so a complete rip-off sanctioned by American Home Shield who I called several times begging for help but the refused to do anything even let a more honest company do the install, I even offered to pay a second deductible to help cover the second company, they would let my speak a manager or supervisor to give management a chance to make things right, I'll be doing a separate review if AHS. the only ray of light in this dark endeavor is the guys that did the install were nice but..... the water heater failed inspection because the blocked access to my water shutoff valves. My advice avoid them at all cost, in my opinion if you can't make a business successful honestly you're in the wrong business. I believe the got the contract with AHS by bidding low knowing they could more than make up the difference in their loop hole rip-off scam. If you have AHS and have plumbing problem in Hampton Roads tell them when you call this company is not welcome in your home. Before and after photos provided

Do not chose this one. Two weeks is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for parts from MOEN. They broke the kitchen faucet worse. They used a hammer on my outdoor spigot to the point it's broken. It's leaking water at a rate of half a gallon an hour. Disappointed. Infuriated. They tried to charge me to fix something that was covered by my home warranty. 2-10 sent these young people to address a faucet that was difficult to shut off in the kitchen and a spigot outside. The kitchen sprayer now shoots water out of the back and top. I unscrew the sprayer to see and the o-ring was not installed correctly. Simple, put it back the way you found the o-ring. Failed the install. Water everywhere before I had to fix it. I'm imbued with rage at how carelessly they worked. Who uses slip joint pliers instead of a stem puller? SMDH

Please beware of this company. We have a whole house warranty. We are having issues with are hot water heater. They came out and didn't even fix the issue. The technician stated its a flow issue in the cold line and for them to fix it we would have to $176 + the $90 trip. My wife paid the deductible in cash. The technician didn't have change nor have i seen the change. I called the office s number of times with no call back.

I would not even rate this company a 1! They are the worst company I have ever worked with. I submitted a claim through american home shield and they sent this company out. They have come out twice and in both instances they deemed the issue as something outside of warranty. When I submitted the claim I already knew what the issue was, had pictures and video of the pvc pipe where the issue was. So really didn't need a diagnosis but hey its part of the process right! Well yet again they came up with a reason as to why it should be denied. So this last time i called them to understand how the repair fell out of warranty and asked for a quote to fix the issue. At this point i have already invested $75 into the repair how much more could this simple issue cost. Well to my surprise they stated they dont repair pipes unless they are in the ground. I'm sorry but you came out and took my 75.00 for a repair job you cant do!!! Such a scam! This is now the 2nd time they have come out, reported some sort of out of warranty issue just to get the 75.00 and do nothing to repair the issue. I will tell everyone I know how disgusting this business is, how much of a scam they are and ultimately fraudulent. If it is something you cant fix then you should advise before going out, or refund the service fee, not take the consumers money and leave them left to dry. Shocker I will repair this issue myself because that is how easy the issue really was but now I get to take time off of work to do a job I paid a professional plumbing company for. #scamartisits

This company was totally awesome! I had a back up into my tub. The original plumber from my home warranty never called or answered. But this one came out not long after the home warranty contacted them. They knew what needed done and now it drains with no issues. This military family will ask for them from the home warranty again. Thank you guys so much!!!

Water heater was dripping and close to disaster. Gave PRP & drain a call and found out that they were very busy but able to squeeze me in the following day. Absolutely reasonable for a rainy Monday. To my surprise, I get notified a tech was on his was. Kyle and his partner were able to diagnose the issue and come up a plan for a swap out. These guys gave me a fair and reasonable price (especially in this market) and had me fixed up in less than 2 hours that included a trip to Home Depot to pick up the unit. Kyle gave me a detailed description of my new unit and how to use it in the future if any problems happen to arise. Blow away with the professionalism and quality of work. Thanks very much for taking care of my family

Price Right Plumbing was called to my property for a Sears Home Warranty repair. After being given a 12-4 window for the technician to arrive and calling the office at 3:45 after no technician showed up, I was told the call would have to be rescheduled because no one answered the call ahead notice. After verifying the phone number they used, I was shocked to learn they called the wrong number because I called that morning to confirm the number. They did scramble to get a plumber to my house which they said would take 30 minutes. The plumber showed up at 5pm, 1+15 later. The plumber then quoted me a total price of $330 to replace $7 worth of PVC piping and that it would not be covered under warranty. After, not before, I authorized the job, he told me he had to go to Home Depot and it was rush hour and it would take from 2-3 hours to complete the job. Also, if I waited until another time the price “might change.” I took that comment to mean I was get charged based on it being after hours. My humble opinion: they get paid more when they can charge you and it is not a warranty repair and that at 5pm on a Friday night they would rather take the $99 diagnosis fee and not spend the extra time fixing the problem. Poor customer service, incompetence, late, and overpriced service wrap up my experience.

Had a water heater failure 9/26 into 9/27..On the 27th, Price Right dispatched/assigned Mikey and Josh to our residence in Virginia Beach for a water heater install..They brought the water heater about 2PM, installed same, but there was a manufacturer defect with it, it leaked on top after installation from the top cold side nipple..Instead of just shutting down the job, and capping lines until the next day, Mikey and Josh went the extra mile, went to Lowe's, at 4PM, to get a replacement, and promised that the install would indeed go on, same day!!!.The second one was delivered to us, installed, and is working perfectly!! Many, many kudos to these young men for their honesty, perseverance, and total professionalism, with unsurpassed customer service, both of them are second to none!! I will definitely call Price Right, and specifically Mikey and Josh, for all my plumbing needs in future..

The repair was made and was great. However the leak came through my downstairs ceiling. The company said that I must have turned the water back on and refused to make any further repair. The leak started while they were upstairs working and I showed them the leak.

Ok so this is a new updated review for this plumbing company. I was incredibly dissatisfied with them on the return visit to my home. I had the same issue that they had previously come out to repair a few months ago yet this time they claimed they were unable to address it because it would take extra work and was an issue exterior to my home. So my home warranty said they would not covery any work and the lazy plumber that showed up didn't want to fix anything and made excuses for why he couldn't complete any work even though I said I would pay for the work regardless of the warranty company. So he took my 75 dollar deductible and left as fast as possible. I do not know if they are not capable of doing actual work and troubleshooting or just didn't want to but either way I recommend A to Z plumbing for all your needs.

My home warranty American Home Shield dispatched them out. Was very pleased with their service. I had family coming in for the weekend and a mainline stoppage everything was backing up. They came a hour after AHS gave them the call cleared my stoppage and my family was happy they were able to still come. Great job

I was using a home warranty so I can't say anything about price, but the service and speed were excellent. Kyle, the plumber, was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part, but as soon as it arrived he was back to fix it within a day. He made quick work of it and was very professional.

Technicians found a leak, and told me that they could order a part and fix the leak. When I called back to find out the price to fix the problem, the receptionist told me the owner told her it was beyond their capability to fix. When I told her that didn't make sense to me based on what the technician said, she told me he would call me back and explain. No call back, no further explanation. Great. These guys initially told me they could fix it, and I was willing to pay for it but they left me in a lurch. If you can't finish a job, you shouldn't start a job. Choose a different plumber.

2-10 Home Warranty assigned Price Right Plumbing to troubleshoot a kitchen faucet in a residential home that wasn't working right.
They told me the faucet needed to be replaced but, that the job wasn't covered by the warranty. (Not sure how the contractor can tell me what kind of warranty coverage the Owner has).
Turns out it was indeed covered.
20 days later, after 4-5 calls from the warranty company asking for them to submit a diagnostic report, the Tenant got so frustrated with what should have been a simple matter and replaced the faucet themselves.

Not the first time I've had issues with these guys.

Rude, does not listen, 3 calls 2 appointments and the Tech fixed a side item, a leaking valve but never checked the main reason they were called. There is NO HOT WATER. They leave a note saying it was hot and we check behind them and guess what No hot water! When we called to ask why the tech was NEVER GIVEN OUR NOTES. We asked to speak to a manager or owner and they hung up saying WE were disrespectful...unbelievable!

Terrible Plumbing company and Priced Right? We would not know we were forced to use them by a warranty company but I'd pay double to get an actual professional plumber that knows how to treat folks.

Most recently this company was hired through my home warranty AHS to replace a broken water heater. The tech that came out, Larry Vogler, straight up LIED and said that the breakdown was a result of secondary damage. I had both another plumber and roofer verify that it was NOT. This company employs a bunch of con artists. Steer clear! The reviews don't lie but their technicians do!

We had them come out through our warranty service. They informed us that repairing the toilet flange was not covered and it would cost over $3000 to repair due to it being in concrete. I asked if they could use a flange repair kit and they said no it was too broken up. I called another plumbing company and they said no problem to a flange repair kit which ended up costing us only $195 and the toilet is tight to the floor. I would be very careful about using this company

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company was sent out by our home warranty company. The guy they sent out spent less than 5 minutes looking at the problem before saying that the work he would have to do would not be covered by the warranty and would cost an additional $275 on top of out $100 deductible. I asked if there was anything else that could be done and everything he said was $275 on top of the deductible. I became suspicious and sent him away. I contacted another company who came out, took the time to look at the problem and had it resolved for a lot less. I will never use price right plumbing again. I do not appreciate companies that try to rip me off

Would not recommend. Plumber was nice. Lady on the phone was definitely quite the opposite and they do not know what they are doing. Lady also loves are GUI good when you have proof of something. Like speaking to a wall. They did no work so I can’t base it off of that but rudeness was enough to make me want to never come back. They go through warranty but try atomic plumbing they’re great

Great service. The plummer who came to my house is awesome. He solved my water problem in seconds. Only a person who has knowledge about water softener systems could only solve my issue. Once he placed the system o bypass status and told me to check my water flow and it was running like it was supposed to. I did not know that the system was working since it has been turned off for 10 years. Wow who would have known but Price Line knew. Again thank you for everything.🙂🙂🙂🙂

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jay, a technician with Price Right Plumbing. He was at my house to repair TWO plumbing issues. Before I could finish folding my laundry . Jay had diagnosed and repaired the issues and was done in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely request and refer them to family and friends again.

Worse plumbing company!!! They are unethical and like to price gouge. Recently we asked for itemized statement, they refused. Stated they price by jobs so I asked if they had a list of prices per job, the tech became upset. I advised the tech that I would contact the Board of Contractors to verify pricing, tech walked off job contacted the HW company and provided inaccurate information stating we would file complaint to BBB. Never did we state anything about the BBB and because of their unethical practices the HW advised that they cold only do a cash out which doesn't even cover the cost of the Hot Water heater plus I have to pay for the labor. So not only are they unethical they are flat out liars.

Timely, courteous, knowlegable and professional. They took care of the immediate problem and gave great advice for a potential long term solution.

I would give negative stars if I could. They were sent out by HMS warranty company for a clogged drain 3 times. Each time they cleared just enough to it to work better. This last time we had to call it in after hours on a Friday. By the time they got here the following Tuesday, my home was saturated and we had already had to call in a claim to our own homeowners insurance. Their report said something about stopped up and over flowing toilets. So they thought we were living with stopped up and over flowing toilets for 4 days. Can you imagine??? I hope my insurance company subrogates against them and will recommend it if they don't bring it up. We were also required to pay an 2nd deductible to Price Right for the same unresolved problem on top of the homeowners deductible we will now have to pay. If they had not waited 4 days to show up, and had done the job right the 1st time, our homeowners would never have been involved. Very friendly, just incompetent or greedy knowing we would have to pay again and again. Maybe both. Never, never, never again!!!

So this company was issued through HSA Home Warranty. Brian was the technician who came out and his helper. First of they refused to call before arriving which is aggrevating as a house with 3 small kids and 2 large dogs. Brian walked in and his 1st response after showing him the damp ceiling was, well its not visibly leaking. Then I proceeded to tell him I did some quick measurements and thought was the stand-up shower upstairs. So he never did his on measurements and just went with what I said, only checking shower. He was here no more than 10 minutes and tried telling us that our basket strainer was leaking and had atleast 3 cracks in our shower pan. This diagnosis came without cutting our ceiling underneath. I confronted him with his diagnosis asking how he did it so fast without barely running water or cutting ceiling to see shower pan. He goes well doesnt matter because your strainer is glued voiding your warranty, which was a lie because other company is fixing through HSA on Tuesday. It is plumbers silicone not glue, but yes putty is preferred. So he gets irate and walks out mad and drives off, no explanation, after I explain that my dad just retired and owned 2 plumbing companies in the area for 40 years, but lives in Boston now. Then tell him my Uncle and cousins also own 2 companies in the area currently, have been in business 40+ years as well. Used to be partners with my Dad at one time. They all started at Sears and Roto-Rooter. All us cousins grew up as helpers as well. I know plumbing, but do to a disability very limited what can do and we already got issue diagnosed through family but cheaper to pay $100 through warranty. So the best part is my shower has no shower pan, model doesn't come with one. So how is it cracked then if doesn't exist. So I was correct by saying Brian was full of s**t. He also said with shower pan crack, would most likely void any repairs required because HSA doesn't cover that.. Sounds like Brian was just trying to find issues he thought voided doing any work. Avoid this company. My warranty was never voided and issue is being fixed tomorrow along with another company repairing ceiling all through HSA. Avoid Price Right or atleast Brian, dude is a clown. Walked out mad and irate avoiding job after being confronted about diagnosis that he clearly lied or misled about and how in under 10 minutes with no holes or any water used. Other company was dying laughing along with my family of plumbers after the shower pan issue and calling plumbers silicone glue. Thanks for the waste of time but had a great laugh at Brians expense.

Price Right came to repair a leak. They changed out the shut off valve under the sink where the leak was located. They claimed this fixed the leak and were paid for service. However, a few days later they were contacted to come out because the leak under the sink was still present. When they came they said they could not replicate the leak and blamed me for spilling water under the sink. A few days after that the leak was found again and recorded to show the plumber. When Price Right was called to repair the leak, they said that if the leak was coming from the shut off valve then they would charge for service. When they were informed that the service was rendered to repair the leak not to change the shut off valve, they said they can't fix every leak and that they would charge. They are trying to charge to make a repair that wasn't correctly done due to their negligence, and inability to correct the issue they were called out to repair.

I had an appointment scheduled through my warranty company. Price Right sent William. He was very professional. I had three other companies out before this one and no one seemed to be able to fix my issues. William came out and fixed it on one visit. He explained everything to me and even cleaned up. I would defintely use this company again. I was very satisfied with my service call.

They do not guarantee their work their bathroom sink repair fell apart in 2 hours and now their asking another $200 to fix their own work also could not fix a clog toilet do not use I felt like I was in a con game shame on you!

The phone staff was pleasant. The tech called when enroute. While at my home the tech was quick and efficient in finding the problem and fixing it. We have had them come out 2 other times, all through a home warranty (we are tenants)and have been pleased.

WOW!! Just, WOW!!! I was skeptical at first reaching out to my warranty company to fix another plumbing issue because the last company they sent out was worse than a month’s old of hot trash. Anyways, as soon as I placed the request online for service through my warrant company, it was within minutes that someone from Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning called me back. They provided great customer service to me and my tenants. They were courteous and respectful of my tenants schedule when setting up the appointment. My tenants said, “the technician arrived on time and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. He fixed the drain stoppage and gave us more information on how to mitigate the issue if it were to happen again.”

Going forward this company is my #1 choice and should be your 1st and last call for your plumbing needs. Honest and integrity are truly represented with them.. Great phone service and over all great customer service and experience. S/o to my tech which I was blessed to have the lead tech Mikey!!!! Excellent job!!

Kyle was our tech, he was knowledgeable and quick! Kyle and Jake were polite and professional which we appreciated. They even came to our rescue a day earlier than scheduled since they had some extra time after finishing all their appointments, what a blessing! Our master bathroom shower was stopped up and the sewage was coming in, gross! So thankful they could come today!

Their plumber came to fix a leak but said we needed a contractor to make 12x12 inch access (in wood???) before they can fix it. We had a contractor come and he looked at us like we were crazy. There was only drywall that needed to be cut which the plumber should have done. We wasted time and money doing this and our leak has not been fixed. Now we have to wait for plumber to come back! Unacceptable!

Would give zero stars came out for the same issue twice did not fix it but still took money. I don’t understand why sears Warrenty uses them. Stay away

He also looked at another area we had a question about and gave us good information. I had read some previous bad reviews but they did a great job for us! I would highly recommend them.

Mikey was very professional and kind. He cleared the stoppage of my kitchen sink with a single try and ensured the sink was draining properly.

Taron and Juwan (sp) were great! They came early, fixed 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer valves quickly and efficiently. They explained everything that they were going to do/did. Also gave me a referral card for the secondary damage not covered by my home warranty. Super nice and personable. I would recommend these two anytime! I see some of the reviews are bad, but in my opinion, the good definitely outweigh the bad.

Larry and Andrew went above and beyond! They basically did the City of Portsmouth's job while the City shook their heads and pointed fingers! I will call them with any of my plumbing needs in the future!!!

Used Price Right Plumbing because that’s who my warranty company chose. I was skeptical based on some other reviews, but none of those reviews described my experience. Got an appointment the next day. Technician arrived on time and did a great job. No complaints at all. I’ve had not so pleasant experiences with companies sent by my warranty co., but this is not one of those.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This company was used by my home warranty company AHS to replace a leaking hot water heater, they stated that they had to rip out the stand that my hot water heater was on and redo the venting, wiring, etc to accommodate a larger tank because the size I had was not made anymore?? (Uncovered charges)I call bull crap my home was built less than 7 years ago. Take my advice refuse this company if your home warranty uses them!! They will charge you for unnecessary uncovered charges equaling over 6 hundred dollars in unnecessary expenses that from my experience was not even in Chesapeake city code when I went to sell my house 9 months later!! The inspector told me the size water heater that was installed was a commercial size for apartments not a single residence home and I had to pay to redo the stand and work done by this company in Oder to sell my home and have in code. Hundreds of additional dollars without any assistance from American Home Shield who claims they are not responsible for the companies that they choose for you and contract to send out on your behalf...what a rip off

Customer service is definitely lacking. If they give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrive and you can't get to the phone they cancel your appointment. Receptionist said it's not their policy to do courtesy calls anyways. These people are a scam for anybody that uses a home warranty. Call your home warranty and ask for another company.

Home warranty contracted this company to help with our plumbing issue. To start, 2 stars for the scheduling because it was easy to schedule and the young lady who answers the phone is friendly and professional. As for the service we received, I personally would not use them for anything plumbing related. We didn't have a choice because they were assigned to our home through our home warranty. I read reviews before they came out and I am glad I did because they did EXACTLY what other homeowners stated in the reviews. Make sure to read them so you are prepared when they come to your home. We had a pretty extensive clog in our main line. My husband is VERY handy and can do most home repairs himself. We have a home warranty that was given to us when we bought our home so we figured he could save some time and have a plumber come out and unclog the main line. Two men came out earlier than scheduled which was awesome. Very friendly but that is where it ended. They walked around our house and claimed we didn't have a ground level main line entrance to unclog the line and would have to snake from the roof, which of course, is NOT covered. I told them that is impossible because my husband said it was outside on the ground near the crawlspace. They again said, NO, but pay us the $100 trade fee and here is quote for the roof snake. I called my husband at work and he said call them back because that is BS. They didn't even try to look for it. Who is the plumber here? My husband or these guys??? My husband had to leave work, the plumbers had to come back so my husband could show them where it was at. Again, they didn't even try to look for it. Then it started to sprinkle rain and they said they couldn't do it in the rain. My husband set up a tent for them, haha, to work under. I guess work ethic is different for different people. Ultimately, they unclogged the line, but again, it was a hassle. Had my husband or myself not known anything about plumbing, these guys would have gotten away with this and taken our money. That is insane to me. Other people have had the same issue. PLEASE if you have a home warranty, use another vendor. I learned you can choose someone else on the list they have. These people are crooks. Would NOT recommend even if you are in a pinch. PLEASE anyone in Hampton Roads, use someone else.

They did very little to find the leak and the faucet they fixed still leaks! They told me it was becauce my faucet was old and it would stop leaking in a few MINUTES!!!!!

I agree with the other reviewers that Price Right Plumbing price gauges. I was referred to them through American Home Shield for a broken water heater. The estimate they gave me was $680 for out of warranty charges including the permit, pan, etc. A permit is not even required according to the city of VB website. This charge was in addition to the $75 service call fee required by American Home Shield. That's a total of $755 in addition to what they are getting for the water heater and the installation from American Home Shield. I got several other estimates for installation and they ranged from $500 to $700 for the complete and entire installation! It looks like Price Right is charging both American Home Shield and the consumer for the same job. I ended up having my water heater replaced outside of the home warranty and the total cash payout was less than what Price Right was estimating for just the out of warranty components. I used Tony & Son Plumbing and they were knowledgeable, courteous & professional. In addition, Price Right told us that one of the things they had to charge for was to put in flexible pipes. The plumber I ended up hiring advised we wanted fixed pipe, not flexible. So, I'm not even sure that the tech from Price Right even knew what they were doing. Our water heater is in our attic so I can't take any chances on a bad install. Be careful if referred to this company by American Home Shield!

Not recommended to anyone useless you need to tighten your sink. Even then you're better off saving money by just ask your neighbours for help. They were hired to help find a leak and they gave a band solution by tightening the sink which was not the issue. The are now requiring a new work order for the same issue they did not fix! They just want more money for a problem they never solved. Do not use!

AHS sent this company to fix sewer backup happened 2 times and caused $12k damages in my house, Price Right came and just unclog the main pipe in less than 2 minutes, I asked the workers to diagnose why this happened as they didn’t bring back anything was causing this blockage they said we don’t know and we couldn’t do more!
Today the sewer backup happened again cause new damages!
AHS offered to Recall Price Right to fix it but As every review I’m reading here for sure the rudeness of the lady who is answering the phone makes me deciding to pay the service fee again for another company to not let them come back or even to speak with this company over the phone

Pathetic and unprofessional, couldn’t make 4 hr appointment window no courtesy call or anything had to call myself to see where the Tech was. Since they wasted my time once I gave them one more chance 2 days later (when they could accommodate) where I was told I would be the first stop of the day and should expect a courtesy call around 0830-0900. At 0945 still no call called dispatch and they proceed to tell me that the tech is at another job. Well that lost my business. I don’t need an unprofessional company coming into my house and can’t keep their word when they’ve already cost me one half day of work. And now another...stay away.

Price Right was sent to my home by my home warranty company to fix my water heater that another plumber made an incorrect diagnosis of the problem. At first an appt was made through the warranty company for the following day. But we were pleasantly surprised when they called and said they had an appt open in about an hour! They were very quick and had the parts handy to fix the problem. I had a working water heater within 20 minutes. Thank you for your quick service.

I wish i could have given them a nice review, but the way they treated me, and the money they took was very wrong. I called them over for a service for my basement that had flooded, and they came over - and after they came they diagnosed the problem being the cities issue. They told me that the reason the basement was flooded was due to the city cloggin a line. I payed them 75 dollars for 5 minutes of their time, and then they left. Afterwards, I subsequently called the city to fix their end. They city came and dug a giant hole in my front yard and spent a whole day digging around. Then the city left - and told me they unclogged the main pipe. However, my basement was still flooded, even after 2 separate times that I siphoned it out myself. I decided to call the price right plumbers again, and they told me that they needed a new ticket to re look at my house. In other words, they wanted me to make a whole new claim for the same problem that they failed to fix. I decided that I would just go call another plumbing company that treats me fairly, and gives me the WHOLE truth, not just HALF the truth - the one that suits their financial gain. These people hide information to screw you over. I called them and tried to resolve my issue, and they said they still wanted me to pay another fee for them driving over here and looking at my house. Terrible people, and rude over the phone. Please look elsewhere for service.

A bunch of Jack wagons is all I can use to describe this company. I called them to set up a service call for my leaking hot water heater, gave them all the in felt of my hot water heater and told him that it would require replacement. They sent out a Tech named Michael who looked at the hot water heater and said Yup that's a leak. It'll take a week to get you a new hot water heater. I called Service mechanical of tidewater and they were able replace my hot water heater that same day.

Price Wrong, Diagnosed Wrong, follow up did not happen; left me with a broken toilet.

Called for what I thought was a wax ring leak on the toilet.
The plumber told me the flange was installed wrong, but wrote on receipt flange was cracked, it needed 2 people to fix, and they would have to go into crawlspace and cut pipe to be able to replace it all. After me making 2 calls to them days later, I was told it would cost $4500 to fix it, maybe I was told $4 - 500; whatever. They basically got paid to come out for AHS and remove the toilet and misdiagnose, that's it. Did nothing else after that. Left me hanging, and I had to follow up with them twice! Unprofessional.
When I called the first time to find out what that status was, I could not hear the woman on phone due to piano music playing loudly in background... unprofessional. I was told I would be called back. No callback. Called them again the next day; waited on hold to get a price that was way too high.
I called my regular plumber instead. The flange was not cracked at all. He found the previous homeowner installed flooring higher than the flange, added several wax rings, and set the toilet. My regular plumber correctly diagnosed the problem, installed a repair ring for height, installed a new wax ring. All Fixed for $180. Price Right was a waste of my time and money.

We have a home warranty on our home that referred our busted water heater to Price Right. This company went above and beyond for us from the start! We are in another state and have Tennant's in the home that was affected, everyone from the secretaries to the technician helped keep us in the loop from so far away and to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible!
We will definitely use this company and recommend them to anyone in the area.

My house warranty uses this company and they wanted to charge me $200 to take off and put back on. I said I can do that and save the $200, and they said no problem and they wouldn’t have a problem with that and they would come out the next day and unclog my pipes, but they didn’t tell us they were closed on the weekend so we had to shut off our water and go with out water all weekend and we have an infant so we could not go without water. So I had to call a different company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE. Price right plumbing was assigned to my home for a broken valve in our shower. After evaluating the issue they failed to contact American home shield for a diagnosis and lied to us saying it was not a covered benefit. We then paid over $400 to have them fix our shower leaving a huge hole in our bathroom wall. There is a reason this company has terrible reviews on google, yelp, Facebook and their Better Business Bureau rating is terrible with several claims against them! You have a right to pick a different company with your home warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Got connected to this company through First American Home Warranty. The tech Kyle Richey was terrific! They were able to come a day early and completed the work in about 30 minutes. Best experience with a plumber!

When Price Right Plumbing reached out to me to schedule an appointment, it was originally for Tuesday the 19. I asked if there happen to be any change in the schedule, to put me on the list to come sooner. I figured it would be a long shot, but they did! JaJuan was patient (I have a 1 year old), quick and knowledgeable. I am so thankful he got our inlet line to the washer fixed! I desperately needed to do laundry and he saved the day.

Kyle and his assistant (name unknown) were very professional and personable. They arrived in a timely manner. The price for the modifications to install a new water heater thru 2-10 was reasonable compared to AHS. We've used 2-10 and Price Right before and we've always gotten great service.

Price Right was sent to me by my 2-10 Warranty company and I was wary given some of the google reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The office called me super fast and set up an appointment for the next day. When they came, Brian and Shawn were excellent. The were fast, efficient and thorough and very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing a why. My water heater is working great now after they replaced two busted heating elements. I highly recommend them now that I have had such good service from them!!

Great service, Great Price, and Very Personable Technicians. Replaced hot water expansion tank and shutoff valve at hot water heater. Neat job and excellent cleanup. They will be our Plumbers of Record for any future plumbing repairs and /or installations.

This company was selected for me by my warranty company AHS. I'll just be honest, I was an EXTREMELY unhappy camper initially. The reviews were not the best. I was 100% prepared to lay these guys out if they tried to mess me around. Boy, was I wrong. Jajuan, Alex, Kyle and Josh (I hope I got everybody's name right) came out 3 times...through no fault of their own. They were incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. They completely walked me through the process and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing. No scamming, no lies, no BS. Just came in and took care of the issue. They were so wonderful and I am so grateful. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I received a call from Price Right within 10 minutes of submitting my service request to my home warranty company and they were able to come out and service me the next day. Shawn was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely do business with Price Right again.

Today is May 2nd, 2023 and I want to say I LOVE THIS COMPANY! This is the SECOND service call where my home warranty company sent them out, and both times the service was EXCELLENT! Mikey came out both times, and although it's been over a year apart, he remembered the first time he came and what they repaired! Mikey and his partner showed up within the window, got the repairs completed, cleaned up any mess, explained the warranty, and left -- both repairs were completed TIMELY (Today's repair was less than an hour)! I saw the bad reviews and didn't remember that I had them come out previously....all I can say is they have provided me with EXCELLENT SERVICE, gotten my repairs completed SAME DAY, and I would ABSOLUTELY use them again, even if I didn't have a warranty, because Mikey and his partner are truly AWESOME! THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE GUYS!

Horrendous customer service. Although the initial technician was very kind and earnest, he did not seem the most knowledgeable or experienced when it came to solving the issue. The master bathroom is not flushing properly and the shower is also not draining quickly. Long story short he seemed unsure of himself and did not fix the issue. After getting a second opinion and viewing the pipes with a camera, it was recommended to use an auger and proceed from there. I was ensured that installing the cleanout would not fix my issue. Since the Price is Right plumbing is the contractor assigned to me with american home shield, I reached back to them. Secretary was immediately defensive and rude, refused to answer my questions. Even the most patient person would lose their cool. Refused to allow time to process given information, took offense from words said out of context then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked for a manager. Toilets still clogged, shower still won't drain. Wouldn't recommend them or American Home Shield to my worst.

Their plumbers are courteous and very professional. They have very good service and were quick to contact me to schedule an appointment. They know what they're doing and I was really compelled to write a review after seeing a lot of negative feedbacks online. They replaced my water heater which is an Apollo system that combines water and heating system. It is a complicated and expensive system and they did a really good job!

A week later, after the city conducted the inspection, they found two things that needed replacement. One of them was actually not their fault but replaced them anyway. The technicians were so helpful and kind. Larry, who was the main technician, replaced the tubing vent that wasn't even covered on the insurance. I highly recommend this company!

[Professionalism] Price Right Plumbling is about $80 more with the modifications then their competitors. However, there professionalism, timeliness, and care with my things in the home wins out! It was worth it. They bring ALL of their tools (even rags). When they leave I guarantee the area is cleaner than what it was.

I already reviewed this company on yelp and with my warranty company, and since there on goggle as a 4 plus star company I decided to take time out of my day so people could get a chance to use my experience with Price Right Plumbing before considering scheduling an appointment with them. I had my water heater fail and was linked with Price right through my home warranty, price right sent out technicians Kyle and Caleb. After climbing into my attic Kyle calls me up to look at the attic hatch(opening) to show me that I would need more clearance(I had 21.5 inches by 35 inches). He stated the newer 50 gallon heaters are all at least 22 inches wide, he then advised me to either get any general contractor or do it myself but to cut a truss which made up one side of the frame for the opening as well as to of the “A” frame supports that were attached to the truss and then have them reinstalled after he was done. After speaking with engineers and another plumber I realized that guy making such cuts I ran the risk of making the structure of my roof unstable and possibly no longe code compliant which would cost me big dollars in the future, in short I got Tony from Tony and Sin plumbing to come out and put the same size “newer” water heater in my in altered attic hatch in about an hour without the larger newer heater even touching the frame of the attic hatch as it passed through the opening! I don’t know if Kyle just wasn’t interested in doing this particular job or he really belived all of that was necessary to complete the job either way it was completely unacceptable to me that he confidently recommended that I remove those beams and reinstall them later so he could get a heater in my attic when it was completely unnecessary! Be cautious when dealing with this company Price Right Plumbing! FYI Kyle and Caleb were very polite and nice gentleman, to me dosent excuse their willingness to cost me thousands of dollars unnecessarily.

I had filled a home warranty claim for several water shut off valves being stripped or not working. Not only did they fix the issue fast but they also did a courtesy inspection of my water heater. They were nice, professional and honest, on time!

Been calling multiple contractors , and this is the 1st one asking for a 89.00 fee to just look at my water heater. Some can give you a ballpark over the phone, but most are free estimates.

Balance score (Good, Bad, Ugly) due to limitations of service (even outside of warranty). GOOD: Received fast prompt response from company through Home Warranty services. Although isit was short, JaJuan was very professional, courteous, and showed compassion to our situation. BAD: Due to limitations outside his control (supervisor and warranty), he was not able to to perform any service (start or complete). Company received full deposit for no work or diagnosis of issue. After clearing the clog myself, the company does not have scope capability to check condition of main pipe. UGLY: Receptionist was quick, dismissive, and zero lack of concern or understanding to our needs.

These guys came and took the time to find my leak. Fixed it in no time. I had 2 other companies out before them. They have me the wrong information. Thanks Guys.

The worst company ever there employee need to take a customer service class

We scheduled an appointment through our home warranty company, paid our 100.00 fee. Price right plumbing called, I explained to them that our toilet had a broken flange , the tech came out and said he had on the order that the toilet was loose., and he couldn’t fix it because he didn’t have tools and if he knew the flange was broken he could of fixed it. So we’re basically out of 100.00 and the problem was never fixed. Never again will we go through that company.

[Technician] Kyle and his co-worker were friendly and knowledgeable about my clogged toilets, shower and bathtub. Kyle called me 30 mins prior to arriving and arrived within the service window. Kyle diagnosed then issue quickly and resolved my plumbing. He even unclogged my sink. He and his co-worker removed their shoes. I’m highly satisfied with the service.

This company was dispatched to me through my home warranty. Thought I needed a new garbage disposal, but it turned out to be the simplest solution ever. Sucks that I had to still pay the deductible, but the guys thay came out were extremely professional and caring. Even showed me how to take care of the issue if it ever happens again. Definitely recommend this company to anyone!

This company has failed us time and time again. There have been many times the home warranty company sends them out for them to come up with an excuse that they cannot do it. Probably because it's not a five minute fix or they may have to go under a house. If faced with anything bit a quick, easy expensive fix then they will find another excuse. One star only because I couldn't go lower.

The customer service skills for their office employees, need to be adjusted. Attacking a customer verbally over the phone due to an error on their behalf is absolutely absurd. They lack serious professionalism and general customer service skills.

First of all, this is my first review EVER! I feel
As though this was necessary. I called my home warranty because the top of my water heater was leaking. Apparently when i bought my house, it had the wrong one. But some how, the venting being incorrect caused my water heater to prematurely corrode. Not sure how the vent had anything to do with the casing of the tank corroding. My home warranty said that the contractor stated that was the cause but they were only here for about 5 mins. Absolutely ridiculous!

The guy was very nice but still not fine the leaked which I thought should went under the house and look to see if there is a leak as my water bill went from 113. To391. Where when they had me to put the blue pill in the toilet it turn blue which they said is a leak the city saidso why did he not go and look and see if there was a leak under the house

Would leave 0 stars if i could paid 100$ just for them to walk in the door. Not a good company they didnt fox anything the guy didnt even seem to care to even try and fix the issue.

They assessed the problem completely wrong. I had another business plumber show and they fixed it within 30 minutes. I called Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc. to inform them that they cost me more money because their plumber did not do an efficient job. They did not acknowledge their error. I highly recommend that you go through someone else.

Why was I charged $150 for a permit to replace my hot water heater, when the city only charges $40, and $75 for a pan that at the most costs $20? I feel like I was totally ripped off and they left a mess! Refuse service from this company if you have a home warranty company! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!

Can't vouch for other reviews, but Taron from Price Right (via AHS assignment) arrived in a company (lettered) van, looked over the issues I had, and successfully replaced a tub diverter spout, and faucet valve components. No additional charges, and everything works satisfactorily. My wife is happy; works or me.

Just had Price Right over again to repair a leaking garbage disposal. As before, they (this time Kyle) came within the window quoted, fixed the issue, and no hassles. No issues; another great job.

This company referred by American Home Shied really, REALLY sucks!!!
The tech was sent to fix a small plumbing issue from toilet upstairs. Had permission to cut thru ceiling to get to plumbing. Well, sure they did but left old wet chunks of wet sheet rock all over brand new carpet, now dark stains are showing and basically trashed downstairs room. They said the job is completed.... They haven't hear from me yet, i am overseas.... but they will very soon.

I just moved into my new home two weeks ago and had to call my HSA home warranty company due to a major stoppage in my plumbing line. The company assigned my job to Price Right Plumbing and I was mortified after reading the reviews. However, to my surprise I am a very happy customer! The work wasn’t covered by the home warranty but, I knew it wouldn’t be when I didn’t have an outside drain line to be cleaned out. As home warranties don’t usually cover anything but the fundamentals. Mikey arrived when he said he would, was very kind and personable. He went above and beyond to get my issue solved and I will be using them again soon for some additional work I would like done.

Showed up looking like they just woke up. No uniforms. One out of two kept walking out to the van and coming back. Both looked hungover from the night before or recently high. Was here about a half hour tops. Came in turned a dial and said they fixed everything. When asked about the hot water spikes we were getting after having a new hot water heater replaced 4 months ago the answer was we would hafto replace all the pipework to fix that . Little do you guys know the owner of Atomic is my neighbor, and already came and assessed the situation. We already knew what needed to be done. But our home warranty won't cover his company. My pipe work is fully functional and needs no replacement whatsoever. What I need is a piece replaced in my shower nozzle that cost about $80 bucks at Lowe's. From sediment being trapped in it from the drum change. That I don't have the time to replace my self. Something that upon actually looking and with knowledge they would have seen. Once they automatically mentioned new pipe work, I already knew what kind of business this was and I am GOOD. They kindly left, no mess to clean and were nice for the most part. But I will not be using this company again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Sent out by home warranty for leak related to shower. Their plumber spent 15 min and said it was a caulking issue around faucet. They then charged us $100 and said they don’t do caulking and we needed another plumber. Unconvinced, we got a second plumber who identified the leak as a break in our line. When confronted Price Right’s owner said they would not return our $100, but would come back only after we finished the caulking... even though it was clearly not the issue.

My home warranty sent this company to check out my water heater, they reported back to the AHS to order a new water heater.
Price Right plumbing called me to let me know that my out of pocket cost was $350.00 I asked why was it so high, the told me I need a drain pan and hot and cold pipes and a new valve. I told them I will get the parts. They said they can’t do the job if I get the parts . Well the drain pan cost $22.00 they said it cost $85.00 , all other parts came to $65.00 . I know everyone can’t install water heaters but I refuse to let someone take advantage of me that way. I installed it myself. The only thing is good about this company is the tech that came out, he was honest.
I won’t refer this company to anyone I know.

[Professionalism] The only thing that didn’t sit right with me was when the initial plumbers from Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning came out and diagnosed the problem. They didn’t inform that my drain line would need to be modified to match the new water heater connection points, which resulted into being more money out of pocket for me. I found this information out when AHS call me after they spoke with the techinicans and told me what was covered under my policy. The techinicans could have informed me of this before they left my property.

Now different techinicans from Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning (William and his trainee which I forget his name and I apologize for not remembering) were very professional and nice that installed my water heater. The few plumbing questions I had were answered promptly. We had a semi dialogue during the process as well with a few jokes being told. So if William and his colleague are on your job, you don’t have to worry about anything. I’d use the company again, but just be aware and observant.

My home warranty recommend this company for a clog in my bathroom downstairs. The tech came out and went to the flush out pipe and told my soon it was broken when he got there even though that's the pipe he had to touch to try and find the blockage. He further lays the broken pipe back and leave and says its not covered. Now I have to pay someone to fix the broken pipe because my warranty company states the piping is outside and not covered. I know pipe wasn't broken because I had just looked at the pipe the day before and it's over a foot under the dirt.

AHS provided this company. I explained in detail my issue when scheduling appointment over the phone. My faucet was leaking. I pulled the rod to fill the sink with water to locate the leak and the drain assembly broke off up into my sink. Last time I check the pull rod is designed to be pulled. How is this not normal wear and tear?When the technicians arrived they immediately seemed overwhelmed by the job he stated they dont work on this kind of sink and is not familiar. If so how are you able to diagnose Since you arent familiar? I have it all recorded on my indoor ring cameras and submitted to AHS. They said only way to fix it would be to replace the entire sink they also told my home warranty company that it was abnormal wear and tear while telling me it's an old sink and I couldn't have done anything to avoid it from happening again my home security system caught it on video. So now I have to pay someone else to take care of it. This company seemed to be reaching for a larger payday and in my experienced with them today these guys are predatory. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I called another company with actual professionals they came out and repaired the issue within a couple of hours without replacing the sink.

Giving this company one star is a gift because I couldn't post without clicking on at least one. I had two dealings with them and I am NOT happy with them. First encounter was they came out to replace the shower handle at one of my rentals and told the warranty company that the handle could only have been broken by force. Not sure how they came to that conclusion because the tenant called when it happened to let me know and considering she is a long time tenant who has done great as a tenant guess who I believe? I had to fix it myself. The second encounter they came out to unclog a drain in the kitchen and laundry room at another rental unit. They claimed they could not snake it from inside the kitchen and would have to charge me and additional $89 to take the pipes apart to do it. They said they could do it from the roof but the ladder was not long enough and they didn't feel safe doing it from the roof because of the slope and the electric wires. Claimed that there was sewage under the house in the crawl space (completely false because I had another company do some work under there and there was no issue with sewage). Needless to say on both occasions they took the $85. It must be great to come out, take $85 and then not fix the problem. If I ever see their name come up with anything regarding working on my properties I would rather pay to have someone else do the work.

Worst service EVER. Just because I'm a female doesn't mean I'm stupid. If it wasn't for them being linked for home warranty repair, i think they would be out of business. The tech that came to repair our leak lied and said he never did the thinks he did. They charged $300 and all the guy did was shut off a valve under the sink. I saw him with my own eyes and he says he never did that. They called me, my daughter, and mother lairs.

Came out through American Home Shield Warranty & diagnosed garbage disposal jammed, and needed replacement after 1.5 months of trying to get the correct paperwork completed from them to warranty company and numerous phone calls to warranty company to no avail. American Home Shield contacted another company and within 3 days had a replacement installed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately my experience was poor and has taken 2 visits with a 3rd pending just to fix a kitchen faucet handle where I had all of the parts pre-ordered and ready to install. But things happen and I wouldn't have considered writing this review if not for the poor customer service I received from the young lady who answers the phone at Price Right. I can only assume she is a relative of the owner and feels that her employment at Price Right is untouchable. She came across as arrogant, entitled, and demonstrated a clear lack of maturity. But ultimately she is the voice and face of the company, the first impression for many, and her poor customer service is the sole reason for this review. The plumbing techs that came out each time were friendly and helpful and despite not resolving the problem, they are not the reason for this review.

Price Right Plumbing installed a new garage disposal and unclogged my kitchen drain. They were very prompt calling me back to setup an appointment and even called me when they had an earlier opening to reschedule. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. The repairs were completed and finished in a timely manner. I would give Price Right Plumbing 5+ stars. If you need a good Plumbing company I highly recommend.
