Best Water Piping in Charlotte NC

The way a person treats other people says a lot about them and the company they are employed with. While I see there are many people very pleased with the services of this company, I witnessed an employee from Julian's cuss an employee out at lowes this morning. When I say cuss her out, I do not mean the five year old version of swearing. I mean, he said just about every swear word known to man. And why he did this? Because he was trying to return a USED sump pump...now, I don't know Julian's return policy (joke) but lowes has a return policy clearly stated on the back of the receipt stating that used items will not be refunded. So the actions of this man over something so ignorant and petty was beyond me. The way you represent yourself represents your company and I surely will never call Julian's for any work.

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out to disconnect and reconnect my sink as I was having new countertops installed. The whole process to set up the appointment went well and the rep was friendly. Marvin came out and disconnected my sink and explained to me everything he was doing. He also took the time to ask what type the new sink would be and took additional steps to make sure there wouldn't be an issues once he came back to reconnect it. I ran into one issue due to my previous kitchen faucet not working well with my new sink, and Marvin showed my on the Lowe's website which faucet would work best. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and Marvin was friendly and thorough. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

While I was changing a toilet supply line I broke the CPVC pipe in the wall. Called All Hours based on positive reviews on Nextdoor. Eric came within an hour, on a Saturday. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

From start to finish, these guys were very professional and timely. From Tim who answered the phone and schedule appointments, he’s very knowledgeable, all the way to Diyan, plumber, (And his colleague, I’m terribly sorry I can’t remember his name) , who arrived To complete the installation, And all the follow up afterwards to make sure all was well. Very professional team. Very impressed. I will always go back!! I can see why you have “masters” in your name!

The weather here in NC is unusually cold this winter. The piping is not as insulated as up North. With that said our outside faucet froze and water was flooding from the siding. We shut of the water to the house and started making numerous calls to local plumbers . Non were available to come the same day or did not answer. Finally called ER Plumbing services. We called at approx. 2pm and they were here in an hour just like they said they would be. Joe ( our tech) was knowledgeable, courteous and just a really nice guy. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. We were so grateful with the prompt service and great price for the emergency call. Would not hesitate to use or recommend them.

Brian was our tech. He was professional, courteous and punctual. He answered all my questions and left us feeling confident in this company. We bought the home care plan on the spot. I'd also like to note that the dispatcher I spoke to today was very helpful.

Damion has top notch skills and service. After having several plumbers try to upsell me water-tanks to fix my water pressure issues, I came across Wonderful World of Plumbing.

From the get-go he actually addressed the true issue - THE PIPES! From there he simply gave me a list of options for the fix and his prices - all very reasonable.

Had a plumbing issue that most other Companies had high rates to fix, and had a long waiting list. Clog Busterz put me on the schedule right away for the same day, stayed in contact, and had a much lower price.

I’ve used Carolina Plumbing Pros for several years and have had an excellent experience every time. I’ve had a toilet replaced in my guest bathroom, service to my hot water tank, water pressure valve and a new water meter installed. This company not only does great work, but the level of service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing needs!

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

Robert and the folks at South End Plumbing are first class all the way. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my plumbing. They’re honest and of the highest quality. I can’t recommend them enough. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately!
