Mr. Rooter provided professional, quality service on a huge water leak which could be neither identified or resolved by two other plumbing companies. The owner, William, was available and helpful with issues ranging from preventative maintenance advice to working with Charlotte Water to get a partial refund for the extremely high water bills caused by the leak, which Mr. Rooter's technician found quickly. The Head Technician Matt was honest and capable, discovered the leak in a matter of minutes and gave excellent advice. After finding that the bathroom drain was clogged up I tried everything I knew to clear it but couldn't get it done. I called Zoom and spoke with Jason who was very professional and quickly got me an appointment for tonight. (On a Sunday). I got a text about 45 minutes before the technician arrived with his picture so I knew who to be looking for . Duane showed up and immediately assessed the problem and quickly took care of the issue. Even gave me tips on how to prevent further issues in the future. Duane has to be the most professional technician I have had in my home. With how well Duane handled the issue and how quickly they took care of the problem we are customers for life. I plan to spread the word about Zoom Drain and just how amazing they are.

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

We had Travis Crawford replace our upstairs and downstairs systems this year. Before replacing the upstairs unit, Travis came out on a weekend a couple years ago and we repaired it to get some additional life out of it. We have confidence in their technicians and we feel that there pricing is fair. Brandon did a great job talking over the pros and cons of one unit vs another..brand and size options. I also really like that we generally have the same technician for our annual service.
