Best Water Heater Installations in Charlotte NC

First called when my water heater broke. Only had to go without hot water for about 48 hours as they were able to order a me a tankless heater and install it very quickly and on the first try. Answered all questions and concerns without any problems. Jason also gave me his personal cellphone number and any time I text with concerns he replies immediately. Glad I called Julian's plumbing and will not use any other plumbers in Charlotte!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marvin!This was my first time working with Benjamin Franklin. I must say I was very impressed and pleased with Marvin's professionalism, veteran experience, honesty, friendliness, and integrity. I had tree roots stuck in the outside drain, clogging the pipe. I had it cleaned but called BF for a second opinion on the repairs. They were happy to accommodate me. During the estimate visit, Marvin thoroughly explained the cause of the problem and how he was going to fix it. On repair day, he arrived an hour early and called to notify me that he could start immediately! He was honest about the scope of work and went above and beyond to make sure the pipe was properly replaced. I will definitely call Marvin again for any other plumbing issues.

Very professional from start to finish. Chris found the source of the leaks quickly during the original visit and also answered other questions I had. Ryan and his assistant were able to come out earlier than planned. They did a thorough job and resolved other issues that came up during the process with ease. I already have additional work scheduled and plan to use them in the future.

This has been one of the amazing experiences we've had with a plumbing company. Here it is the day before Thanksgiving and we are having water heater concerns. Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

Jake was great! He was professional, friendly, and prompt. He replaced an LP gas line for my fireplace and did a great job! Will definitely use again when in need of a plumber!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
