Best Water Heater Installations in Charlotte NC

WOW, what GREAT service at a GREAT price. I needed a hot water heater. I had initially called another local plumbing company to do the repairs. They told me my water heater was not a typical water heater and it would have to be special ordered and cost a lot. I asked them if they could provide me with options. I waited 3 days and they never got back to me. I called Jason at Julian's Plumbing and he was at my house within 2 hours. By 10 o'clock the next morning he had replaced my water heater at half the cost I was previously quoted. It was the absolute best service I have had in the last 25 years. It was wonderful working with an honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, local family owned business. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing!

Chris, a senior technician came over to clear my clogged bathroom sink. He was very professional and clearly explained the steps that may be needed to solve the problem. With his experience he was able to remove a significant blockage in the pipe that connected to the sink. Very pleased with his service. Definitely recommend this company.

I had a spigot on a rental property pop off and needed it fixed quickly for my tenants. Called All Hours Plumbing and someone was there in about an hour and did a good job fixing it, for a reasonable price. I will be using them again.

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.

Arrived 45 minutes late with no heads up nor apology. Overcharged for the amount of time worked. They did do the job requested to completion. I spoke to the owner who refunded me for being overcharged, but still without any remorse for their employee being late and overcharging. Would not recommend.

Excellent company to call when you need any plumbing services. They are fair, on time, courteous, professional and with our needs , did a perfect job in locating our problem and fixing it quickly. I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

Jake installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Was professional and very responsive as I needed it done quickly.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
