He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.

We use Benjamin Franklin for all our plumbing issues. They're fast, reliable and friendly. I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because the price for a plumber to replace a rubber washer was $180. It's a bit pricey for a little piece of rubber.
