Best Tankless Water Heater Installations in Charlotte NC

I've been hearing from a neighbor about their big-chain plumber and the incredibly expensive charge they paid for a basic job. That's compelled me to review Julian's.

Julian's Plumbing has done four or five jobs at my house. Twice, they found the problem was much easier and cheaper than originally thought. Once, I thought it was going to be a major repair and it wound up being $65. Another time, they cleared a clog and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future and I haven't had a repeat.

They arrive at the scheduled time. They've never been late. They communicate well through the process. They're clean. They ask good questions that help find the real problem. They've been honest and saved me money. Who can ask for more than that?

this isn't my first time using them so I already knew their reputation was impeccable! Matthew was awesome and he and Tyler came in and fixed my bathroom issues in no time at all! Great guys and love the the professional manner they conduct themselves too!

We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. These guys are absolutely fantastic, we can’t say enough about them! We ended up on the bad end of nightmare plumbing situation as new homeowners. Our home warranty company worked with Charlotte Plumbing Masters, so they were the first on the scene immediately once we started having issues. Our tech Michael was prompt, friendly, informative and just an all around genuine and honest guy; we felt completely comfortable having him on the property if one of us had to run down the street or his work time overlapped with us leaving for work. Once we found out the gravity of the situation (the entire system needed to be dug up and replaced from under the crawl space across the yard and to the city portion) we were dealing with, Tim worked with us to find a cost effective solution that would allow us to use our plumbing without breaking the bank. We were able to find a temporary fix and handle payment in segments. We are so thankful for their kindness, flexibility and honesty throughout this experience, I would recommend them to everyone looking for a quality plumbing job.

Bliss Plumbing was so professional, and easy to work with! From the first call to the end of the visit, everything was exceptional. They were very thorough in their explanation of what to expect, good communicators, and didn’t try to force a repair that really wasn’t necessary. We will call them again for large jobs after that experience!

We have used Plumbing Connection for a few years now, on a few different jobs. They have always been thouro and most of all HONEST, FAIR, and TRUSTWORTHY, all things that most companies are not. Today Joseph and Aaron D came to our home for what we thought was a leaking pipe in our basement ceiling. It turns out they found it was the dishwasher.
