Had just purchased our first home and was terrified about what could possibly be wrong when our tub started backing up. Adolfo was at our house within two hours and not only fixed everything, but calmed me down by explaining to me everything that was happening, and how to prevent further (more costly) damage. I never write reviews because I don't believe in them...but Roto Rooter (and Adolfo!) were too good to leave un-reviewed!

John was highly responsive, he arrived at the agreed upon time as well as called to confirm he was on his way. He explained all of his findings, completed his work and cleaned up the area meticulously. We will call Pathmaker again when we need plumbing work.

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

So thankful for Zoom Drains! We had a clog in one of our drains and they not only showed up same day, but earlier than expected! Very smooth process from beginning to end, we recommend them to everyone we know!

Our plumbers were amazing! Another company left us without water over the weekend after a repair job went wrong. We called Progressive around 7 pm on a Friday night and they had someone at our home within 20 minutes. I wish I’d gotten both guy’s names because they could not have been nicer. They started digging to get to our plumbing line around 8:30 pm and worked until 11 pm to make sure our water was able to be turned back on ? So far everything is working perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!

Harry cam out, diagnosed and fixed our issue with leaky water valves in our laundry room within a few hours. I would not hesitate to use MKB Plumbing again in the future. Great service!
