We had a clog caused by our condensation line. The guys came out, were on time, and took care of the issue for me.

They were extremely professional and thoughtful in my home.

I am 100% satisfied with the technician who came out to fix our kitchen sink. The tech was very knowledgeable his name is Scott. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that I know. This company is honest and I feel very blessed that I chose this company. Scott was very professional! I would definitely hire this company again!

I have used AAA CITY plumbing on 3 occasions. One to repair a garage disposal and fix a water heater leak. 2nd was to install a new Garbage disposal and also A new faucet in the kitchen. The last time we called them out to extend the flange for the toilet to sit properly after new flooring. Every time they were prompt. Gave you a definitive price before they start and always tell you to check online for discounts to apply before the work is completed.

We had placed a call last night and asked for immediate assistance for a clogged sink. We were given the appointment time frame of 10PM- 12AM. I was told that we would get a phone call from the technician when they were on their way. I called back at 12:20AM because no one had shown up. They said they could call dispatch but they probably were not close to coming. I am also upset because no one called me to say they were running behind. I would've understood if someone just gave me an update. I had to reschedule which was an inconvenience as I had to go to work and my wife was trying take care of our new born. They came around 8 this morning but then we were charged almost $400.00 to unclog our kitchen sink??!! That is unbelievable!! I am willing to give them another chance because I know that this has been called a good company and I am hoping that this was a fluke. I would like for someone to call me back to discuss this. Our technician John was beyond phenomenal. We had a leak in the wall behind our washer and this being our first homeowner issue John was upbeat, personable, reassuring us this was not our fault, explained every step and even helped reassure us about the homeowners insurance process and made it sound a lot less scary than we were thinking it would be. He was fast efficient and got the part ordered and expedited to get us back up and running asap. My dogs loved him too. Highly recommend. Thanks again John for being so positive throughout this stressful situation it was sincerely appreciated.

Tankless water heater annual flush and service. Replaced outdoor water faucet as well. Checked other under sink areas for leaks.

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. They were prompt, honest and priced fairly and I have never found a Plumbing Company so responsible and honest that I could call and have work done in a few days. My clients and I thank you. I had called in to schedule an AC tune up trying to use their promotion. After going specifically what the tech would do towards this service. The office explained it would cover cleaning coils, and also clean the water drain line. The tech showed up and out-rightly declined any of these cleanings. I informed him to circle back with the office and his work order it should have clear instructions regarding my expectations. He informed he was only gonna check for pressures and run a check to find out what else is required for the system and if it needs any repairs, he would quote.. Similar to a 30 point check you get when you take your car for an oil change. I had to ask the tech to leave without wasting his or my time. A total waste of time...

We had them replace all polybutylene pipe with PEX in the house we just purchased, install new toilets, move a gas regulator outside, and replace a kitchen faucet.

The good:
- Price quoted was similar to other companies
- Their office staff and plumbers were pleasant to interact with
- Price paid was same as price quoted
- They rescheduled to another day without issue when the painters' schedule and theirs conflicted
- When the gas regulator move wasn't as straightforward as expected, they went back to the shop, got the extra parts needed, and handled it within the scope of work.
- They finished the majority of the work in one day, with just a few things left on day 2
- The new pipes work!

The bad:
- Office person and lead plumber are out of sync. Originally we got everything scheduled for plumbing, then drywall repair and paint, then move-in, but the office person was assuming a date that didn't actually work, causing them to instead get scheduled in the middle of painting, which forced a plumbing reschedule to after move-in
- All of my hardwood floors in the areas they worked are covered in drywall dust
- They left boot smudges on white stair fronts
- They forgot part of the scope of work (kitchen faucet) until I reminded them
- They used my ladder and shop vacuum without asking -- (I know this is probably a bigger deal to me than it will be to others, and Mike made it right by reimbursing me what I asked to cover damages)
- Siding penetrations for gas line were angled upward and not caulked
- They did not caulk shower mix valves or tub spouts
- They did not properly caulk toilet bases (many gaps)
- They left polybutylene valves under our primary bathroom vanity, which leaked water when I opened them to cut them off myself
- They left puddles of water on top of the moisture barrier in our crawlspace.
- They removed insulation from under the first floor in two spots and did not replace. Same with living room ceiling/primary bath floor. They removed insulation that's currently sitting on my living room floor.

The not quite sure:
- They left one section of polybutylene pipe I wouldn't have known about if I didn't go under the house to check their work. When I asked about it, I was told someone else was coming to take care of that section, but had 6 jobs that day. But they had already sent a list of things they had left after the first day, and that was not included. I'm trying to assume positive intent, but including this here to remind you to check the work your contractors are doing.
- They left a ~10ft section of polybutylene where the primary supply comes under the foundation wall. We discussed this in our initial conversation, but to the foundation wall was not specified in the scope of work.

Called Drew with King plumbing for toilet replacement. Called back same day and after sending some pictures got an estimate and install date. Arrived promptly and performed all services better than expected.

Called to offer work and before I could even tell him the location he hung up.
