Working with WyattWorks and Solomon was a great experience. He was very thorough in his explanations and helped me discover that the water pressure issue I was experiencing was actually a neighborhood wide issue. He was very professional and courteous.

Blockage in the main line for our house was causing backups and minor flooding; Rooter had someone (Matthew, specifically,) at my home within hours on short notice. They were professional, swift, and ensured I had my facilities functional again in no time at all.

I only interacted with him over the phone and he was always very courteous. He kept my renters happy by getting the job done right and well. I am in the military and 400 miles away and I don't need the stress of worrying whether or not plumbing will get fixed correctly. Brett has now eased any stress that could come up as a result of managing a rental property from so far away. Talking to another trusted plumber(that is too far away to do the work), Brett met all the qualifications and the price range for the job and I couldn't be happier. He is my permanent plumber for any future work that I need done.

These guys are awesome. I needed a fire pit kit installed on an outdoor natural gas fire pit. Short notice and a somewhat unusual ask so, needless to say, I had a hard time finding someone who would do it. I was lucky to find Charlotte Plumbing Masters. John called me an hour before he arrived and showed up exactly an hour later. We briefly discussed what needed to be done and he went straight to work. He figured out all of the issues and got it done very fast. The results are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I will be using them again.

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
