Matt and Dennis did a fantastic job! First Dennis did a thorough inspection and kindly, respectfully pointed out things that needed to be repaired, as well as things to keep an eye on. Mike was very helpful, explaining everything step by step. He came very quickly after I called the office with the problem , within the hour. Repair was made very effectively. I have arranged to have Wyattworks and Mike do another job when my granite is installed in the kitchen.

Installed toilet fast service friendly

Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.

I called for the first time . They came a couple hours later . Very reasonable . Good guys will use them again .and Kevin came to my rental unit. I leave in New York and he took care of my place in North Carolina. Great guy!!!!

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

Jake came and installed a gas line for my fireplace and he done an excellent job. I would recommend him for any plumbing job. I’m even going to use him on another job in the spring. Great job.

Cam came today to clean and inspect my system. He was very efficient and very professional. He even was going to come early which would of been great except I wasn't home. Cam is definitely an asset to your company.

Roby customer service and technician was prompt and curious. In my opinion they were a bit overpriced. I received one outlet change and a appliance cord change which took all of 5min.and was quoted close to 500$. I canceled part of the order. Little high I believe.

We called Dmitry to install a kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job. Dmitry is a very knowledgeable and professional. Being a 1st time homeowner, I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and insightful when fielding my inquiries.

On another occasion, my garbage disposal stop working. I asked him to come take a look. It was a simple fix and he happily completed the job as a courtesy.

We will be sure to contract him for future projects and I would recommend him to anyone.
