Very rude. I only called for an estimate and the man on the phone was rude and belitto. Treated me as if I had no idea what was going on. I was able to manage most of the problem and then he was very indirect and snippy. I would never use a company that spoke thay way to a customer Over the phone reguardless of the good reviews.

The plumbing issue we had is one I’m sure every first time homeowner who purchases an old but beautiful home experiences. Backed up toilets and showers, clogged pipes leading to emergency. Dave came out and diagnosed our problem and gave use clear solutions. When we scheduled the work to be done Dave, Joe, and their team came out and took care of us. They did the work we requested and more. They made sure we were aware of issues that we could face in the future, giving us helpful information so we could make the best choices for our wallet and home. I am a happy customer. Honestly beyond happy.

I called Wyattworks to install a pressure reduction valve for my house after learning the pressure was way too high. I bought the valve myself and had them install it and replace the water spicket at the front of my house. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Wyattworks and will be using them again!

I can't say enough about these guys. Professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. All Hours Plumbing replaced my water heater and corrected previous installation errors. They were early to the appointment. Explained what they were doing and they held true to their original quote. I will not call any other plumber.

Dannie Goodson was a very friendly technician who worked and communicated what he was doing at all times. Danny replaced my needed outlets and asked permission for the simplest things such as can he trash the old outlets in my trash or did I want him to take it with him. Of course he could trash them but the fact he asked was nice. Dannie also put all of my appliances and counter top things back where he moved them from after he replaced my outlets. Thank you Dannie! If I needed this service again I will definitely request that the be the tech to come out to my home. By the way he wore a mask the entire time which was also great since we are in the midst of a pandemic.Lastly I want to thank Mya for listening to me vent my frustrations about a previous occurrence. I thank Katie for taking the complaint and Melissa for making sure that things got handled. This was truly team work and I appreciate that.

10/10 would recommend. Mr. McCoy answered when I called, had me send a photo of the broken part, and was at our business in under an hour to repair the issue. He provided an estimate on the phone, and did not deviate from it once the part was replaced. Prompt, fair, and easy transaction. Thank you!

Had to reach out to John and his company for a second time since relocating to Charlotte. Was impressed with John and Caleb that they actually remembered me from almost a year ago. Caleb came today, called to let me know he was running late. As usual, he explained everything to me and that is always appreciated. I highly recommend Pathmaker Plumbing and his guys. It doesn't hurt to know that you are dealing with a company that is faith based. Great job to Caleb and his associate.

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

I highly recommend MKB Plumbing & Septic. Mike and his crew did a great job removing and installing a new septic system . Professional, fair pricing, when the work was done they left the yard clean and smooth. I thought it was nice that they seeded the areaand put down straw . We will definitely call them if we need any more work done

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
